"Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. The barman avoided any work at all and showed his real displeasure if you asked anything of him.. On the plus side great...

"Really lovely hotel for families, they have great family facilities, not for couple through! It's full of children and not a romantic getaway we were hoping for with kids all over the spa in the evenings. We were so impressed with the facilities for kids though we'll definitely be back if we have kids. Flaine is an excellent set up for families and the hotel is well connected to the town with ski in ski out and shuttles. "

"Basic, be prepared to make your own beds (linen provided but double bed’s flat sheet was too small), and clean the apartment. Limited toilet paper and no toiletries. Ski locker corridor, cold swimming pool. Good location, next to Flaine Forêt ski lifts. There is a spar and ski rental, esf ski lesson shop within 5 mins walk."

"No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....
