Beautiful home
I would highly recommend this house. Its beautiful and in a really nice lication. Tons of stuff to do. We had elk outside the back porch every night. The owner was wonderful to work with. My family and me really enjoyed our time here.

Our family struck gold with this Flagstaff VRBO. GREAT location, plenty of space, beautiful generous back porch to sit back while the kids played and we relaxed. We had fun, family competition with the pickleball court!! And enjoyed relaxing in the sauna in the evening. Great vacation!!!

Wonderful stay
The property had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and well-stocked. Multiple families traveling together, with kids ranging from an infant to high schoolers. The outside furniture/covered areas, double washer/dryer, game room, gym and gas grill were great touches as well. We would highly recommend and would stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

We had 4 families staying here, including two families with little kids and there was plenty of space for all of us. There is so much to do on the property, we all had a lot of fun! The house was very clean and tidy when we arrived as well. Over all great place to stay!!

Fabulous place and location
Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road.

Out the front is Mt Humphreys and out back lovely hill in National Forest. The boys loved the pickle ball, ping pong, and billiards. Prior communication with host was very helpful. Terrific stay!

Amazing house with everything!
I stayed at the Sunset Ranch with family and we loved the house and had a fantastic time! We picked the location because we could do a day trip to the Grand Canyon and another day trip to Sonoma, but we probably had the most fun at the house, which was equipped with everything--a beautiful and spacious kitchen and sitting area, large back porch and front fire pit with great views, and two whole buildings filled with games! The host was very responsive, and accommodated our early check in. I picked the house out on VRBO and my family keeps telling me that I will need to be in charge of all our future accommodations as well :)

AMAZING
From start to finish, this was one of the best vacation rentals we have ever had! The home is well maintained and well stocked! Just stop for groceries on the way in and you will be all set to rest, relax and have fun all week!! The host was amazing with communication and check-in was a breeze. Flagstaff is also a great jumping point for day trips. We were able to go snow tubing, snowboarding (DO NOT BOTHER WITH SNOWBOWL- they are TERRIBLE), Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Would absolutley stay here again!!

Awesome property at a beautiful location!
We stayed at Sunset Ranch for Christmas with my in-laws. The house was beautiful had EVERYTHING we needed and more. The pool room and the indoor pickleball/basketball court were perfect for keeping our kids entertained without leaving the property. Because the property backs the National Forest, we were able to hike in the woods from right out the back door. Whether hiking or just hanging out on the property, the views of the nearby mountains are gorgeous! We saw mule deer multiple times, and numerous beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Can't say enough about this property...its fantastic and will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful home, sunset Ranch is a perfect name
We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Our age range was 4 to 70. The layout is wonderful for larger groups. Lots of space to get away and have your own personal time. The beds were cozy and it was nice there were extra blankets in the master closet. The only thing I would advise others is that the kitchen is very lacking in small things that make it easier, for example scissors, dish towels, foil, a sponge or dishwasher pods. I would bring all of your spices and ziplocks, ect. Other than that it was a perfect stay! Plenty of parking, the views were so beautiful on the patio, pickle ball the sauna and pool table were the highlight of our stay. 5 out of 5

A Perfect Retreat for Families
Our stay at this spacious vacation house was nothing short of fantastic. The house was incredibly spacious, with so much to offer for the kids. They were absolutely thrilled with the pickleball, table tennis, pool, and basketball, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. It was the perfect place for large gatherings, and the expansive patio with its breathtaking mountain views, left us in awe. We even ventured on a mountain trek with the kids, which added to the adventure. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our two families of 4 adults and 4 kids. It truly was a memorable and enjoyable getaway for all of us

We had a wonderful time here! Beautiful views, we all loved watching the sunset! We had an issue with the water heater and the owner, John, got right back to us and fixed the problem. Would definitely rent this house again!
