Lowell Observatory, Thorpe Park, and the urban trails are all within a few blocks and are conveniently located for trips to the Grand Canyon and the Snowbowl Ski Area.
Welcome to our charming short-term rental nestled within a spacious 7-unit compound, featuring two homes. This fully furnished space offers a cozy queen-size bed. The well-designed kitchenette includes a mini fridge, coffee pot, and more amenities for your convenience. The living area is inviting and comfortable, with plenty of seating for reading and relaxation.
Please note that this historic home is shared with other guests, so noise may carry. To ensure a peaceful environment, we observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
The bathroom has a unique sloping ceiling, which gives it a quirky charm. Taller guests should be mindful of this when using the shower.
Additionally, there's a bonus room adjacent to the living area, featuring a lovely window and a single bed. While this room is not finished, it provides extra space for your comfort. If needed, the single mattress can be moved into the living area to accommodate additional guests.

Our historic home has many great modern features but heating and cooling are not one of them. We do have a great radiant heating system in the winter along with extra portable units. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable.
