Welcome to Quail Pack North, a luxury home in the Ponderosa Pines. This home is conveniently located 40 minutes to Sedona, 5 minutes to U of A and and hour and 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon. The home has three levels which can accommodate a larger group. Almost all windows have views of the pine trees. You'll often see "Chip and Dale" the two pointy eared squirrels running through the trees right outside the windows. There are trails all through the neighborhood for walking and running, with a park and playground for kids. Lake Mary Road is a few minutes away which takes you to Lake Mary and Mormon Lake. It's a great cycling and running route. The neighborhood is called Ponderosa Trails because of the many Ponderosa Pines and the extensive trail system. It's a lovely place to walk or run while enjoying the cool summers.

The main level has an eat in kitchen, living room and formal dining room. The top floor has 4 bedrooms. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a fireplace. The bottom level can be used as a separate guest suite. It has a bedroom, bathroom, living room with a Queen Murphy wall bed. We've made the bottom level living room into the movie room with a 80" TV, complete with a giant bean bag!

Lovely and comfortable house
We had a fantastic stay. The house is lovely and comfortable, very well maintained and a great neighborhood. The kitchen was also well stocked and we enjoyed the outside areas as well. We would definitely come back.

The house is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well maintained. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable for our large group including 2 children. The outdoor area was very nice but unfortunately Flagstaff weather kept us from utilizing it. Aliesha was very responsive and helpful. Overall wonderful stay and would stay again when back in the area.

We had a great stay in Flagstaff to celebrate with family and friends. The residence was perfect size for our group and needs with easy access to the area and attractions. All in all a memorable stay and we would look to rent again if we return.

This home is a gem!
Our family is so thankful to Aliesha for opening up her beautiful home for us to stay! This home is very comfortable, spacious and has everything you need! It was very clean and inviting. The house is perfectly located as it’s a short drive to stores and restaurants and also the major highways. We visited Sedona and Bearizona while we were there and both drives were under an hour. I highly recommend this home and would love to return for another stay!

The home is beautiful; exactly as represented. Well stocked with towels, bedding, and basic needs. We had a group of 9 adults and 2 kiddos and there were plenty of both group and private spaces for everyone. The owner was communicative and extremely easy to work with. We'll definitely be back!

Christmas Getaway
This place is perfect for multiple families with living spaces upstairs and downstairs to accommodate! You can tell it is freshly remodeled with everything clean and new. Great location as well! Kids had a blast building a snowman, playing outside and playing inside with games and activities.

Beautiful home - very close to skiing and great restaurants
This house was so comfortable, every amenity you could possibly need with a full stocked kitchen. We had a large family get together here and enough space for everyone to spread out. Location is convenient to Snowbowl (only a 20 minute drive). All the restaurants you could want in close proximity. Aleisha was super easy to work with!

Wow! This property has it all. It is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing. Inside has all kitchen and bedding needs. So many little things have been thought of to make this more comfortable of a stay. The house is beautiful and extremely clean. It fit 3 families with ease, we never felt cramped. Great Three Week Stay
The house has been recently redecorated and was very clean. The house supplies were exceptionally well stocked. The home is in the midst of the Flagstaff Urban Trails. Great for a walk, run or bike ride!

Awesome house!
Nice big house for large group. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 kiddos and there was plenty of room for all of us! Downstairs has its own bedroom, living room w tv and kitchenette. Backyard is perfect for eating outdoors. Neighborhood is nice and close to town and walking distance to park. We definitely plan to stay here again and hope to soon!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway!
We were in town for a family wedding and had 9 adults and 2 toddlers in the house for a long weekend. The house was absolutley perfect, had tons of space, and had every little thing you could’ve needed (even baby gates for the stairs!). We loved the extra guest suite in the basement and everyone felt like they had their own space which was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walks. The owners were very easy to get ahold of if anything came up as well! We’re already wanting to plan another trip back as we had such a great time!
