My wife and I needed a place to stay after being at the Grand Canyon and heading to the Utah parks. This place was perfect for that. Sitting on the porch and watching the elk was great for unwinding. The only negative is the drive to the place was on a washboard dirt road.
My hubby and little dog stayed for 9 nights at the Yurt. It is literally in the forest with pines and critters. We enjoyed a BBQ on July 4th and watched the Elk morning and night stroll nearby. Nicely furnished and kitchen well supplied. Internet, big screen TVs, cozy throws for the cool nights.
Great escape from Chnadler heat and fireworks!
Lacey is so nice and helped with any questions we had. regardless of the time you have to stay it will be worth it!
This made our trip so comfortable. The place was great and had amenities that helped make our stay comfortable. We would have loved to extend our stay. We would love to book again when we return.
The yurt was charming, peaceful and had all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the porch for dining out and our dog loved it for naps.
We will stay there again next summer.
We loved our stay. It’s quiet and so peaceful. It’s about 2 miles off the highway. Trails to walk and is pet friendly. Communication with the owner was quick. She was very friendly. The yurt cabin was unique, clean, beautiful, very cozy and warm.

Unique place with lots of natural light. Lots of room to lounge on the wrap-around deck. The walking trails behind are a lot of fun to explore. Wish we could have stayed for a month!
Excellent experience. The property was beautiful and just as advertised. Communication with the owner was right on point. We loved it and we will be back!

The host and the property was beyond expectation. If looking for peace and quiet but would like to go out and about to have some fun this is the place to be!!!!
Great place for all of our basic needs. The place was clean, cozy, quiet. The host communicated well and exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you again for making this space available.
My stay at this home was phenomenal. It was wonderful to be out of the city and close enough to enjoy anything and everything. Lacey was a tremendous hostess of her property. She takes meticulous care to ensure her guests needs are met.
Highly recommend taking advantage of this oasis!!
Very, very nice 1 BR unit. Close to downtown Flagstaff, all it’s shops and nice parks. Unit is back in the woods, beautiful area, and great for hiking. Unit is extremely well furnished and has new appliances. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay there again! Thx.
We loved this place! The yurt was clean, cozy and welcoming! The host Lacey was kind and gave all info needed. It was our 10 year anniversary and she added touches to make our stay special. Location was perfect and a quick car ride away from downtown Flagstaff. We were able to check out Williams, The Grand Canyon and Sedona on our visit. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone wanting a cozy getaway in the pines!
I absolutely loved my time here! We were provided with all that we needed and Lacey added the cutest touches to everything. The home was beautiful and I loved how much light entered the house. I would recommended going before sunset during the first night since the road to the house can get a bit difficult.
We had a wonderful time. It felt like you were in the middle of nowhere, but also totally accessible to everything! The portable A/C unit was very appreciated in the heat Flagstaff was having. There were tons of useful things to use in the kitchen and the bed was comfy. Communication was easy and we loved being able to bring our ten year old pup with us. We’re really grateful. Nice place!

Nice yurt but on a junkyard
Very nice yurt, peaceful but junkyard on west side made sitting on deck less than ideal. Also no trails behind house, just a small road. Its all private property and sign on herrold ranch road says no forest access.

Disappointed
Inside of property very clean and nice. Toilet inlet leaking was a hassle. Outside of property unkempt. Didn't expect host's relatives house to be 30 ft from edge of deck. Listing mentioned trails - not identified.
