The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom home features incredible design and mountain views, an open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, luxury finishes, and living room with 55” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, bed coverings, and 42" Smart TVs.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, 55” Smart TV, cozy wood-burning fireplace, laundry area, private backyard with dining furniture, fire pit with seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

A cozy, comfortable place with good light and a nice bathroom, kitchen and a cool wood burning stove
We enjoyed our stay here. It was a convenient spot for us with family living in town but an unlikely neighborhood for some. Our one concern was the steep narrow stairs with no handrail. Because the main living area (including the bathroom) is on the second floor with bedrooms downstairs, it was necessary to climb the stairs frequently. Without a handrail these stairs are a liability. Other than that, our stay was quiet comfortable.

Hot in the summer
It was a nice quiet property but the upstairs was very hot. This property does not have AC and we did come on a hotter weekend. However, even with the 4 fans they have there by 11am it was too hot to be upstairs anymore. It was upper 80's low 90's on the upper floor. If you plan to come on a warmer day just be prepared to be either downstairs in the bedrooms or out doing things. Other than that it was a very nice, quiet, and clean place to stay.

The only positive think we can say about this property is that the beds were comfortable. No bathroom on the first floor where the bedrooms are located. You need to climb 15 very narrow and shallow step (no railing) to reach the main level. It is extremely hot and stuffy upstairs as there is only one small window over the sink. No cross ventilation to be had. That explains why there are several large box fans which only serves to push the hot air around. Also no screens on windows so house had flying insects . Full disclosure, we introduced ourselves to the owners who were working in the main house and they refunded us 3 nights stay out of the six.
