Stairway blues
Be aware that some units are downstairs while others are level grade to the parking. If you have any mobility issues, a huge flight of stairs can be tough. The property is nice, with well-worn furniture that was comfortable, if not beautiful. We had a little trouble with the hot water (so hot!) and the toaster (do you smell burnt toast? I do!) but the Wyndham folks were responsive and said they'd fix it. Overall I'm calling this a win, but next time I would ask specifically for an upstairs unit.

Perfect condo
Very nice condo, well equipped kitchen, nice living area. You do have to walk down a pair of stairs which would be good to know with heavy suitcases. Very quiet, great and very responsive staff. Would go again!

Well-appointed unit, including a kitchen with all the pans, cups, plates and cooking utensils I needed. The customer service is where this place really shone. Everyone was polite, professional and helpful. The property was extremely quiet as well.

Very good stay
Stayed four nights and everything was as described. The resort reached out a couple of times prior to the rental. Everyone on the phone and at the front desk was upbeat and professional. The condo was well equipped and very clean. Nothing other than salt and pepper in the cupboard, but that's been typical since Covid. Grounds were nice, parking steps from the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Our standard 1 Bedroom unit was fine.
Towels and bed linens were nice. You could tell it was repainted multiple times. The couch and mattress were a bit sunken in the middle. Some of the complimentary coffee packets were old and not fresh (smell bad).

Beautiful location
Stayed here for about 3 days and was able to view a few national parks as well as tour around flagstaff! Gives you the fun mountain feel but nice to drive 10 minutes into town to experience the historic dot!

Loved all the activities they had going on, did not know the pool would be closed when we got there. The property was great. It was not at all with the picture. Look like we were down with different small windows downstairs. The carpet was built the socks were black and a short amount of time. we enjoyed the restaurant and some of the other activities on property .

Beautiful condo.
We had such a great time. The condo was perfect. We were right next door to the Bear Paw Club. We used the pool and the hot tub and the ice cream was a real plus. Flagstaff was centrally located to the Grand Canyon and Sedon.
