Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa and sleeper sofa in the living area. In the evening, stoke the wood-burning stove and settle in to enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with a DVD player. Family fun awaits in the game room, featuring a pool table, dartboard, and TV.

The chef in your group will love the full kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a farm sink, and a full suite of high-end, stainless steel appliances - including a roomy French-door refrigerator. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table.

The backyard was very nice and a very good neighborhood. The kitchen and equipment was good (other than the dish washer The pool table was fun but there is almost no lighting in that room. Usually a pool table has a light above it. We liked the hot tub.

The stay was very nice. The back yard was lovely and very welcoming. The family had a great deal of fun with the pool table losing to daddy (the litteral professional)all the time. My daughter's said the bunk bed was very uncomfortable.

Not quite as pictured
I chose this house for its location, number of bedrooms & picture of the beautiful back deck. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, has comfortable beds & furniture. Plenty of room in the kitchen & dining room for a crowd. Great pool table & hot tub. Plenty of towels, soap etc. The back deck was a huge disappointment! Nothing like the picture. Pillows & cushions dirty & torn. Furniture askew. No propane for heater or grill. Doorknob on back door was broken off. Calls to Vacasa were worthless as they had no one in Flagstaff.

Great location and stay!
Loved the hot tub, pool table, space and sledding hill right in the backyard. Minutes from snowbowl. Host and/or housekeeping just need to be attentive to damage or supplies between guest rentals.

Great spot horrible property management
Respectfully, this is a great property. Unfortunately, the property management company to this day has not resolved our experience with a very unhygienic environment in one of the bathrooms. We could not get a cleaning crew in the house, communication was incomplete and ultimately left everything unresolved with no follow-through over a month later. I would highly recommend the owners choose a new property management company. If not for this part of the experience, my rating would’ve been higher and we would’ve considered returning to this property.

Relaxation in the Mountains
This beautiful cabin is in a culdesac - and the property backs right up to the forest. The porch is incredible and there is NOTHING like sitting on the back porch breathing in the pines and feeling & hearing the wind rustle through the trees. It is the perfect place to truly relax and rejuvenate your soul. The culdesac is quiet and you will NOT want to leave when it is time to go home.

Flagstaff Gem...
Loved the house and all it has to offer. Plenty of room and well equipped. We rented this house over Thanksgiving (children attend NAU) and traveled from SF area. The kitchen had everything one would ask for having a big meal (maybe a few more large bowls). The pool table and dart board were a huge hit. The hot tub was clean and perfect for a nice soak. The yard is large and neighbors were very quiet. Our only gripe was the lighting in the house (1980 construction had horrible lighting) needs upgrading and the master bedroom mattress was a nightmare! This house would get 5 stars all day long if the master bedroom mattress was changes to anything except what is in there. If the owner changes the mattress, let me know and I will change my rating to a 5 star! Thank you for sharing your house

Description does not match house
The house over all was fine but a lot of the details listed were not accurate. It listed smart TVs but none of them were actually smart TVs they were first Gen flat screen TV's. All wifi info was incorrect and I had to reach out to customer support for help. The photos are quiet deciving, the house is not nearly as large as it seems and most of the furniture is really beat up and not well maintained including the pool table couches and beds. There is also terrible lighting throughout the house which is annoying in the winter when it's dark at 6. Over all the house is not impressive but is at least fairly cheap

Cute but needs some maintenance
The house is adorable and well decorated. The location though a bit far from where we were working was a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Love the woodsy landscape Just noticed a few minor issues. Some of the smaller appliances are in need of repair or replacement i.e. the coffee maker (we had to remove the lid completely to pour as a seal or valve must be broken) The upstairs tv didn't appear to connect with any service so it was unusable with exception of 1 channel in Spanish. Trundle bed in one room appears to maybe have a bent frame, the legs looked off, but no one slept in that room anyway. A lack of mirror, side table or space to put belongings in a couple bedrooms and upstairs bathroom sink had only cold water. Also the billiard table is a great addition however, there's no overhead lighting in the room to see well to play. Lastly, The outside could use some general lawn care and gutter cleaning, as it could be a fire hazard with all the debris everywhere. Hammock was unusable but the hot tub was perfect.

Not what we hoped for
This cabin seems like it might need some tlc from the management company. The beds are unstable and we couldn't sleep on them without feeling like we were going to fall. The bathrooms had broken elements as well. The hall bath had no toilet paper holder and the shower head in the master bathroom was falling off the wall, making it very difficult to shower. My poor elderly parents ended up having to hold the shower head in their hand to shower. The water also seems to drain slowly in the master bath. The water temperature and pressure is good. None of the curtains in the bedrooms seem to close completely always leaving a crack open. The cue sticks for the pool table had no tips and we had to repair them in order to play. Once we could play the pool table was fun. The dart board has no darts. The kitchen was fine and all of the appliances worked as they should. The countertops and sink are lovely. The couches seem run down other than that the living room was nice and cozy. Outside we were disappointed to find that the hammock was falling apart, the swing set was in disrepair and the grill wholly unkempt. There was a pile of grease in the tray of the grill and the grill itself was extremely dirty. The hooks outside for towels is not secured and the outdoor furniture could benefit from some attention. The jacuzzi worked as we hoped for though. One of the worst things was the massive amounts of cobwebs and spiders. We are not sure what type of spiders they were but we saw no fewer than 15 of them and my husband, myself and our young daughter all received bites as we slept. It's in the forest, so yes spiders exist but that many crawling out from under furniture, closets and bedding seemed excessive. We were excited to stay here and the pictures looked great. We wanted to pamper our kids and my parents but instead there were so many things falling apart that instead we felt stressed. Like I said it was not what we hoped for and we were all disappointed. Since this is the first vacation we've taken in years we truly hoped for a better experience. When we chose this cabin we thought it would be a comfortable lovely place to relax but it did not turn out that way for us.

Clean, but seriously lacking
The house is in a beautiful area, and the yard is nice. We did enjoy the quiet and the hot tub was nice... once we figured it out (which took a YouTube search at one point). The management was responsive, but didn't really solve any of our issues. First off... The VRBO ad advertised a fire pit, which apparently had been removed due to new fire ordinances. They did refund us for that. That was appreciated. We had also let them know that the porch heater didn't work, and their repair person basically came by and said "yep, it's broken." We also advised that there is a gap in the fence where part of it had fallen into the neighbor's yard... we were told that it was a completely enclosed yard. Since it was not, and no one came to fix the gap, we had to be extra careful with our dog so he didn't get out. And then there were just things missing... things that were either advertised and just not there, or things I've become accustomed to in rental homes. There was no welcome book to show how to work things, so we just kind of figured it out. There were no hair dryers in the bathrooms (despite being advertised) so I'm glad my daughter brought hers. The master bathroom shower is literally falling off the wall and the drain is so slow that you have to shower fast or risk flooding the bathroom. I texted the local manager about that one and got no response. There was no first aid kit that we could find (it was advertised in the listing) so we had to go get bandaids for one of our guests. There were no condiments and very few spices. The kitchen has all the pots and pans and cooking utensils, but there are only a few coffee cups and exactly one wine glass. We couldn't find a single pair of scissors anywhere in the house. And there were odd chunks of drywall in a few of the drawers, and there was a hole in the drywall in the master bathroom (like they were half-way through doing work and just stopped and rented it out regardless). We also went out and bought our own toilet paper and paper towels, because the ones supplied were the cheapest, thinnest, most sandpaper-like version available. And there were no cleaning products or rags for cleaning the kitchen counter tops. There is also a serious shortage of comfortable seating in the living areas (we only filled the house halfway to capacity and we couldn't all sit comfortably to watch a movie.) And since the house no longer has cable, the only TV that works is the one in the living room. The bedroom TVs are actually more like computer monitors with no way to log into streaming services. All that said, the house served its purpose. We had a good time, but we also spent most of our time exploring Flagstaff. Next time we go up, I'll definitely choose a different rental.

Perfect family retreat
