Needs updating. Flooring is laminate and very worn. Walls need painting. Very limited on parking. Got ice bucket, no cups. Towels were stained. Front office staff were very nice.

This property is well worn. The electricity, including heat, went out at 4:00 am and was still not on at 6:30am. We left without showers. No top sheet, just a thin duvet. Hopefully it had been laundered. The young man who checked us in was friendly and helpful, but was not available at checkout.

Bed was clean was about the only positive thing about the actual room floors were coming apart mold in the window seal refrigerator wouldn’t stay cold not clean very well sticky floors

If you are looking for clean and affordable lodging in Flagstaff, this is it. Its an older property and it shows. There are new owners as of last month, who are making the necessary repairs. They are great people and im sure they will make you feel as comfortable as we did.

Smaller hotel on Route 66. Flooring was not carpet which felt a little cleaner but also made me want to wear socks and not be barefoot. We were on the bottom floor and the people above us made a lot of noise when walking. The check-in clerk was very nice

I stayed for one night, it’s budget friendly, the room was clean, well lighted which helped when I was coming back in the evening. Coffee in the office not in the room but the office was open at 6:30 am so that was nice. It’s right next to the railroad tracks but all I heard was a small rumble. The bed could be upgraded since I heard springs popping back and forth. I mostly sat in the nice chair w/ottoman. That was comfortable….lol. All in all it’s ok if you are spending a night or two.
