LIVING ROOM AREA-
First Floor (Ground level)
Curl up on inviting sofa for a movie on the 60” flat-screen TV with cable as the gas fireplace warms the room. There is a working desk that includes a monitor and high speed internet.

KITCHEN & DINING- Second Floor
The fully equipped remodeled kitchen features granite countertops, dishware & glassware, culinary utensils needed to prepare favorite meals. The kitchen includes a four-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, freezer & ice maker. Microwave, Crockpot and toaster.
Fuel up with a choice of Keurig or a standard coffee maker. Gather at the six-person dining table. Coffee and tea are provided.
A half bath is also located on the second floor.

BEDROOMS & BATHS- Third Floor
The upstairs master suite features a new Tuff & Needle King bed, private balcony access facing North to enjoy the San Francisco peaks. Two walk-in closets, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Lots of natural light, vaulted celing and a large skylight to view the stars from the comfort of the luxurious King- sized bed. Also featured, 46” flat-screen TV.
The second bedroom has new Tuff & Needle Queen bed, two walk-in closets with a hallway bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. Hair dryers, towels and linens are provided. This floor also has a laundry room equipped with high efficiency full size washer and dryer. Laundry Soap and dryer sheets included.

LOFT- Fourth Floor
The loft has two new Tuff & Needle twin XL (extra long- adult size) beds and dresser. The kiddos love the loft to play inside the Teepee. However, adults will feel like the Queen/King of the Castle when staying in the loft.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Fantastic Views!
Two Balconies. One balcony is located off the kitchen level, faces downtown and is great for viewing the NAU campus, the Lowe Observatory and all the wildlife while sipping on your morning coffee. Guests can also use the gas barbecue. Outdoor patio table, shade umbrella and chairs. You can watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains.
The second outdoor balcony is a private, spacious balcony located off the master bedroom. Spectacular visible view of the San Francisco Peaks. The balcony has two lounge chairs to unwind your day or for reading a book.

GARAGE: Two car enclosed garage for guest use with additional parking on driveway and street level. Garage includes a Ping Pong Table.

LOCATION: Four blocks from downtown Flagstaff. Lots of local restaurants, shopping and breweries. Embark on daily adventures to skiing/snowboarding at Snowbowl, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, kayaking, golfing, sledding and mountain biking makes Flagstaff a year-around destination.

Great base for exploring this beautiful part of US. Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory some highlights House was prefect for our needs and hosts receptive Would recommend and will come back if we can!

Lovely condo!
Condo had everything we needed and more, has a well stocked kitchen and lovely decor throughout! Master bedroom was very spacious and quite comfortable. Kids absolutely loved the loft area.

Highly recommended Flagstaff townhome!
This townhome had everything we needed! Bathroom and kitchen supplies, coffee (including cream and sugar), condiments, excellent climate control, comfortable beds, close proximity to downtown and even garage parking. The neighborhood felt very safe and we all enjoyed our stay.

Amazing condo in downtown Flagstaff
The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to restaurants, parks and attractions. Having a garage for parking is convenient. Constance is a wonderful host and when asked she emailed us a list of things to do in Flagstaff.

Great spot for a get away.
This was a great place for us to get away for a weekend. The condo was well decorated, well equipped and very clean. We sat on the balcony during the cool mornings and evenings and a nice afternoon rain. It was close enough to walk to restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

The place is laid out in a pretty cool manner, was clean, big enough to not be on top of one another and also an easy walking distance to a lot of the breweries downtown. Constance was very responsive, and this will rank at the top of my list for my next trip to Flag!

Getting to know Flagstaff
Our family of 2 grandparents, son and daughter in law and granddaughter had a wonderful relaxing visit to this property. It was close to everything so we were able to walk downtown as well as Thorpe park. The house was clean and comfortable and our granddaughter loved her third floor “ teepee” room.

Great Place!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was spacious , clean and well maintained. We had trouble finding it the first night in the dark (plus the Maps app steered us wrong) - but once we found it we had a very nice stay. It served as home base while we ventured to Page, Grand Canyon and Sedona.
