This home features hardwood and tile floors throughout, Smart TVs in living room and downstairs bedroom, cable television, gas fireplace.

Master bedroom features king bedroom, walk in closet, vanity and attached bath. Second bedroom features two twinXL beds, walk in closet, vanity and an attached bath.

Located in the Continental Country Club among the pines. Very accessible to all of your daily needs and entertainment, including Flagstaff Mall, theaters, restaurants, shopping, golf courses,aquatic and fitness centers and outdoor activities, including hiking and skiing.

Experience comfort among the pines and refreshing mountain air by taking a beautiful sunset walk on the nearby golf course that is steps away off the back patio.

Access the Grand Canyon, Sedona, downtown Flagstaff, Northern Arizona University (NAU), Continental Country Club, downtown Flagstaff and other nearby sites.

Located in the Continental Country Club which features a golf course and restaurant (The Oakmont) open to the public (fees may apply). Very close to the Flagstaff Aquatic Center with indoor facilities of: pool, fitness equipment, lazy river, slide, rock climbing and indoor track, fitness classes, cardio machines, weight rooms, adult and child art classes, and indoor tennis. Fees apply.

Great escape
My family and I took a weekend trip to Flagstaff with our three elderly dogs and found this spot to be just what we needed. Everything was very clean, very easy, very comfortable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

The condo is spacious and well equipped. Large upstairs bedroom with an extra large bed. Close to hiking venues and downtown. Very nice neighbors. Todd is great and really accessible. Pet friendly. We were happy with our stay and would choose it again.

Two Nights in Flagstaff
The townhouse was exactly as described- good location close to all highways, nice quiet neighborhood, clean, well furnished and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again if head to Northern AZ again. We didn't have any issues, but Todd made sure to check in before and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Much appreciated!

Quiet and Relaxing place!
We really enjoyed our long weekend using Todd's place. Very quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed having the gas fire place on the chilly evening and mornings. was easy access for our 85 yr old mom to get in and around the house. The neighbors were very friendly as well. We will be back to enjoy this home again.

Great property, great host.
We just returned from our long weekend in Flagstaff. The townhouse we stayed in was perfect and the property owner was great to communicate with. The location is in a great part of town in a nice neighborhood. This made it conveniently located to everything and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. The property itself was well maintained, great amenities, fully functional and most comfortable. 5 stars!

July 4th Weekend
My wife, dog, son, girlfriend and i came up for long weekend. Master is upstairs. Other bedroom, also w/bath, on main level that has deck and big garage. There is no common bath. Kitchen well equipped and has fridge with icemaker/ dispenser. Outdoor Grill is electric. Had a good time hanging out on small deck facing courtyard. We could hear nearby trains and highway, especially at night, but not loud enough to disturb sleep. Wooded country club community. that is fully developed, Walking the dog takes a little more effort, but not a big deal. The place worked for us. Would stay again.

Suited our needs perfectly.
Our family of three specifically chose Todd’s townhome based on its location. We have friends in the quiet, picturesque neighborhood, and we were in town attending an event at the nearby Country Club. The home is rustically well-appointed and quite comfortable. The back deck overlooks a shared area of tall ponderosa pines, and views of Mount Elden can be had from the street in front of the house. Although both townhomes on either side were occupied at the time of our stay, the neighbors were quiet and unobtrusive. It was quite serene, and we enjoyed easy access to Picture Canyon Natural and Cultural Preserve for day hiking. Walnut Canyon and Sunset Crater/ Wupatki are not far away, and all that historic downtown has to offer is a short drive away. Todd was responsive to our emails, but we had no issues or concerns that had to be brought up while we were there. We would stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet local neighborhood in beautiful Flagstaff.

Great Property!!
We spent our family's Thanksgiving vacation at this cozy home in Flagstaff. We loved the amenities: the gas fireplace, garage, large/well equipped kitchen and ample living/sleeping spaces. Our daughters appreciated having their own beds! We would suggest that the master bedroom mattress definitely needs replacing as well as the very flat pillows. A few things need repairing: no switch on one of the master bedroom lamps, the master bedroom blinds are broken and part of the microwave handle is broken. I would also suggest some specific instructions on how to operate the downstairs TV. We figured it out, but it took quite awhile. These are all first world problems; we truly enjoyed our time at this home, and hope to be there again sometime!

Hello, this is Jacey Mitchell. I rented the Elk Run house for this weekend. It was so dirty. Old food stuck in sink dishwasher full of dirty dishes the sheets no clean both bath tubs full of grime upstairs toilet was full (I won't go into detail). And it would not flush. The garage floor is layered with mud, not just dirty layered I was worried about my car. the towels were in washing machine we added more. It was so dirty we left in 2-14-16 Sunday. It was so filthy I found myself wanting to clean it. I feel bad for writing this to you, but I feel you should be aware. Thank you for your time. Jacey Mitchell.

The property was in a great location for easy access to downtown bars, breweries, and restaurants as well as our favorite local parks and hikes. Nicely appointed with an excellent layout and plenty of space for us and our 2 pups. AC was nice and cold which was needed since a couple of days were pretty warm. Two car garage access was very convenient. We definitely appreciated the communication from Todd who answered all of our questions promptly and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay here again.
