Sea Oats:
Sea Oats Studio is a great alternative to the cottages at Casas de la Playa Village. This unit encompasses a large open room, bathroom, full kitchen, and a semi-private fenced terrace entrance. This comfy studio has a dining area that includes a breakfast bar/counter. Smaller does not mean less - enjoy all the conveniences of a full apartment in a studio, including Wi-Fi and flat screen TV. As with all Casas de la Playa properties, the unit is fully equipped from pots and pans to linens and towels. Sea Oats has all the elements necessary to make an enjoyable, and memorable visit to Flagler Beach.
Sea Oats Studio, as well as all of the units at Casas de la Playa Village, is in the heart of Flagler Beach, one block from the beach, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and galleries. Take advantage of all the many activities of this small beach community by staying downtown. We strictly adhere to the CDC cleaning and sanitation guidelines.

Cottage was definitely perfect for the beach, parked my truck and did not crank it up until I left to go back home, everything within walking distance and Flagler Beach is also one the best places to travel to with your dog, and the host lived up to premium status

The place was centrally locate that you could park and walk to about anything you may want. Will stay again but will try and book the ocean view room 2nd story just because of the view. The place was quiet even with music from Finn’s you could not hear it when inside our room.

This location is unbeatable. The personal note from property Ownets…that was left with a bottle of wine, and two glasses was hands-down, one of the nicest things that we’ve experienced on our trips through VRBO. It happened to be my husband’s 60th birthday so it was made to be incredible!

A nice retreat
I stayed in the Sea Oats cottage with my two dogs and found it delightful. The open layout of the studio with a complete kitchen made everything easy. The one improvement I would suggest is a dolly onsite as the parking for my unit was far enough away that carrying heavy dog crates was an inconvenience. But all in all I would definitely recommend this rental : the beach is just a block away , there are food places very near including a coffee and do it shop, and the a/c is ice cold.

Fun three day weekend escape to the beach
My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary and we had a wonderful time! We brought our 2 dogs and the entire area is extremely dog friendly!! We watched a dog surfing contest lol The cottage was very clean and quaint. The location is fabulous… less than a block from the beach and near all restaurants. We will return for sure!

Casa de Playa is everything you want at the beach. Andes made check in easy, and helped with any questions. The unit is exactly what you see. A studio with everything you need for a beach visit. The amenities are spot on...coffee maker, TV, fridge, stove etc There was a personalized note and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Great spot block from the beach. Highly recommend, would stay again!

Lovely location
The cottage is wonderfully located near the beach for walking on the beach and also a boardwalk for those of us whose balance makes walking in the sand difficult. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The cottage itself is a bit dark inside and the bathroom miniscule, especially the shower, but overall it is comfortable and well equipped.

My husband and I lived in Flagler Beach for 10 years, and it was so refreshing to spend two weeks there in December, 2019. Sea Oats cottage was quite cozy, within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and best of all, located just one block from the beach!
