Flagler Beach House - Unit A (Upstairs): This private upstairs unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6. In addition to the tasteful beach decor, we supply most essential items to ensure you have a stress-free relaxing stay with minimal worry. We also provide an assortment of books, DVDs and games for both kids and adults.

Master Bedroom: King bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, and a ceiling fan. The closet is stocked with hangers, luggage rack, laundry basket, and a clothes steamer. The modern ensuite bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and updated vanity. We supply bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and make-up wipes.

Spare Bedroom: Queen bed with pillows and all linens, nightstands, alarm clock, lamps, dresser, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen smart TV. This closet is also stocked with hangers, a luggage rack, and spare blanket & pillows. French doors open up to a direct ocean view right from the bed!

Spare Bathroom: Large modern walk-in shower and updated vanity. Here you will find more bath towels, hand towels, wash-clothes, bathmat, hand soap, toilet paper, make-up wipes, and linens for the living room sleeper sofa. **Please note that beach towels are one of the few things we do NOT provide so plan to bring your own**

Kitchen: Modern kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you could need, including both a Keurig machine and traditional coffee pot with filters supplied. High-quality stainless-steel pot/pans and cooking oil are also provided, as well as dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, dish rags, dish towels, and paper towels.

Living room: Large comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with a leather recliner, accent chair, coffee table, end table, lamps, large flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Cable television is included, along with hi-speed internet and a DVD player. There is also a modern dining room table with seating for 6, and a relaxing lounge chair with footrest, all overlooking the ocean through the large bay windows.

Garage: Head down the spiral staircase to the garage where you will find the washer and dryer, along with various cleaning supplies and an iron & ironing board. We also have a ping pong table in the garage for guests to enjoy.

Outdoor Space: Direct oceanfront views from your private upstairs deck, with plenty of space and a large dining table with seating for six. We have a Weber charcoal grill for guests to use and we supply the charcoal. Don't worry about packing beach chairs, boogie boards or sand toys for the little ones, these are provided too! Just head straight down to the sand, enjoy the sun and surf, and rinse off in the freshwater shower we have on the beach deck before heading back up.

Please note that the Flagler Beach House has two separately listed, and completely independent, vacation rental units. Unit A (Upstairs) is this 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom listing. Unit B (Downstairs) is a separate 2-bedroom / 1-bathroom listing. Both units have their own parking, entrance, outdoors space, and HVAC. The only shared space is the garage (washer/dryer).

We have stayed here several times. Flagler BH is an annual event for us and will continue to be. Could not ask for more perfect accommodations and Bryan was very responsive to any questions we had. Flagler Beach is a great little sea side town. Look forward to returning !

Wonderful Getaway
My wife and I decided to stay here with a few friends for a weeklong vacation and it was an amazing experience. ! The house was wonderful, close to a bunch of different restaurants, and we had easy access to St. Augustine or Daytona for Day trips. I would definitely stay again.

Great stay!
Loved returning, once again, to the Flagler coast and the Flagler Beach house! As always, the unit was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The proximity to the sand is a rare find which is one of the things I love about this place. Very quiet, uncrowded, and just plain beautiful! Can't wait to return again for my 5th time!

Fantastic home and location!
Very nice, clean, and well-decorated home. It was perfect for our 3-day getaway in Flagler Beach and St Augustine area. We wanted a house that was as close to the ocean as possible and we were definitely not disappointed. The property manager communicated very well from reservation to check out, which was appreciated as well.

We had a great stay in this house. It was just as described. Beach access was super easy and it was close to a lot of good restaurants. Lupita was great to work with. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

The location was perfect. We really enjoyed the beach! The house could not have been closer to the beach. The large windows facing the beach gave an amazing view! The rental was very clean and well furnished. Had an excellent stay!

Our favorite beach house!
This was our second trip to the Flagler Beach house upstairs. It is definitely our favorite place to spend a weekend at the beach! The views are amazing! You are close to everything without being in the middle of all the chaos of the holiday weekend. The house is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable.

Peaceful. Quiet. Great Family Vacation!
Such a wonderful place for a family beach vacation! This is our 3rd vacation to the beach house and have enjoyed a wonderful experience each time. Having the house right on the beach provides a spectacular view of the ocean and marine life as well as a very short walk to the beach. This vacation experience is unmatched for the convenience and peaceful beach setting that you get to enjoy! We will be coming back each year.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit in November. The pictures and description of thr property were accurate and the views were absolutely fantastic. My husband and I loved drinking coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise.

Relaxing get away

Comfortable and amazing views!
As soon as you walk in you notice how bright it is with all the windows and then you are awed by the view! Gorgeous ocean and sand! This beach house is decorated so cute and has everything we needed for our week stay! There is everything you need for spending time on the beach and in the water. Such a treat to stay in a place so close to the water!! Well maintained property and property manager was quick to respond to a couple questions i had. Definitely will be back!

Perfect Beach Rental
Steve & Lupita’s beach rental was perfect for our family of 4. It was fully equipped with everything we needed.The home is literally on the beach and it was so nice to walk down the steps to the ocean each day. We loved the daily sunrise and sunset views. With the help of Steve’s fishing expertise, we enjoyed many successful fishing days! It was so nice to have a cleaning station right on site to prepare our catch for dinner. We had a memorable week on the beach and look forward to returning next year!

Perfect on the beach for two adult couples
We are two retired couples (all over 60) who travel and vacation together. The Flagler Beach House was perfectly suited and situated for us. The master suite and ensuite bathroom w/walk-in shower was great. The other bedroom and hall bath were also comfortable and convenient. All amenities were well kept. The on-beach location was exactly what we wanted, and did not disappoint. A very good place for beach/surf fishing. Accurate description and pictures -- and a great owner/manager of the property. Thank you -- we look forward to returning.

Very peaceful beach and nice house and location
The beach house was very nice. We had neighbors below but you would never know it (and they happened to live 30 minutes from our house in Michigan). The beach is absolutely beautiful. Quiet and no seaweed or jelly fish etc. Lots of shells. East beach to walk and the damage done to the dunes was not an issue for us. We just walked down the sand hill to the beach. The view fro the house was beautiful!! Sunrises are worth getting up. The managers of the house were super responsive if we needed anything. We would surely consider returning.

Little escape from reality to paradise
This place was amazing. Lupita and Steve was amazing. We were vacationing from Kentucky and got caught by Hurricane Michael. They got us in with very short notice under 24 hrs and saved our vacation. This location is updated with everything we needed to enjoy our last 2 days on the beach. We were in the upstairs unit. The furniture was very comfortable! The pictures were amazing for our family photos. It's far enough away from the hustle of tourists, quiet and private! 10 min drive down A1A were restaurants and shopping. We didnt leave the beach tho. The views were spectacular. Thanks so much for having us we will return soon!

Restful week at the beach
We stayed in the upstairs unit for one week in mid May. We have been coming to this house for six years. It is a home away for us. We always find the week is gone in a wink. We spend most of our time at the house. It is equipped with what we need to be comfortable and content. The view from the upstairs is very nice. The back is almost all windows giving one the feel of being at the beach even when you're indoors. During the day there are many coastal birds and some marine mammals to be observed over and in the ocean. In the evening the sunset is a fitting end to a peaceful day. Having the private beach as ones backyard is priceless. There are many toys in the outdoor enclosure for enjoying the ocean up close. There are also chairs for sitting in the shade and watching the world go by. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay at the Flagler Beach House!

Little Slice of Paradise
For this vacation we were looking for something besides the hustle and bustle of the panhandle area. This is just remote enough, but still close to the Publix and a few restaurants. I'm not sure I can ever go back to the traffic jams of our past Florida trips. The house was just as shown in the photos. The single bathroom MIGHT be a problem is the house was at capacity, but for the three of us, it was not a problem. I mentioned to Lupita that there was no grill, the next day Steve delivered one. It had been damaged the previous week and they had not gotten the new one in. The proximity to the beach is just wonderful and so quiet. If you are looking to get away and unwind, this is your place.
