Free Wifi, DVD Player and Flat screen TV, Roku streaming TV. There is also a private outdoor shower when you come off the beach. Beach toys, wave board included with Private Parking. This fantastic spot is so close you can hear the waves of the ocean at night. It's also close enough to walk to the center of town to enjoy festivities and restaurants. My favorite thing is the sunrise and sunset from the kitchen table or we could just walk a few steps across to the beach! We will definitely be back! Richard the host is very responsive and accommodating. We love Flagler Beach!

Perfect property and stay!

Rich and Allison are excellent hosts, super attentive and kind! The property is bigger than it seems in pictures and has everything you need! The in unit laundry is super helpful and the outdoor shower with provided beach gear was such a help to us. Great location that is steps from the beach and good restaurants. We will absolutely be staying again! Highly recommend this to anyone!
