"On arrival our 2 night booking could not be found we were then given a room overlooking a roof directly outside the laundry and cleaners room. When I asked to change rooms the boy on reception said they were full, rubbish, there was about a dozen people in the hotel. The place is old, in need of a massive upgrade in the rooms and there’s a reason the bathroom is not in the picture of the room, it was the size of a broom cupboard with old plastic sink and toilet and the shower would be very cosy...

"We arrived in the rain and the people at this hotel made us feel as though we were coming home. It was like a port in a storm:) the room was basic, but had a little kitchen with a fridge, and a super comfy bed.
