A well presented modern & airy villa on one level fully air conditiond situated on the hillside developement with stunning views above the village of Fitou with it's medieval castle in the Languedoc Roussillon region between Narbonne & Perpignan.
The villa has 2 bedrooms(1 with twin beds, 1 with double bed). both have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.
1 bathroom with shower,wash basin and wc plus 1 separate wc with handbasin.
The open plan living/dining room provides comfy sofa & 2 armchairs and a dining room extending table with 4 chairs leading to a well equiped kitchen area with Dishwasher,oven/hob and washing machine, kettle, toaster a good sized fridge/freezer, Ironing board, iron and clothes airer is also provided. The living room leads out onto a large covered terrace and private garden providing table& chairss, sunloungers & BBQ.
The comforts of home will be found in the villa which has free internet (wifi) a large flatscreen TV with access to UK & French channels. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware & cutlery. The private developement has 3 shared swimming pools (1 heated) 1 unheated & a childrens pool. Sunloungers are provided around the pool area. All bedlinen is provided for 4 people & beach/pool towels are provided. Private parking for 2 cars is provided immediately outside the property.

maison de vacances à Fitou
Hôte accueillante et à l'écoute des besoins, la maison est très bien équipé avec tout les accessoires nécessaires pour la plage, la cuisine, pour dormir et même une piscine en copropriété, le top ! idéalement situer près des commerces de proximité et domaines vignobles, la plage est également à quelques minutes en voiture. Ce logement est super pour des vacances en famille réussi ! je conseille fortement.

Wunderschöner Sommerurlaub
Wir haben einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Familienurlaub in der Villa in Fitou verbracht. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die ruhige Anlage liegt oberhalb von Fitou mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und die umliegende Landschaft. Die zwei großen Pools sind gepflegt und nie überfüllt. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreicht man die großen Strände von Leucate, Franqui und Port La Nouvelle. Julie, die Vermieterin ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alles. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Uitstekend uitgeruste villa
Ons verblijf in deze villa is zeker een aanrader. Zeer mooi ingericht, alles is meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Alleen de bedden waren te smal en te kort. Zwembad en domein zijn proper. Wel 4 dagen zware windstoten geweest. Je moet steeds de wagen nemen voor een bakker, supermarkt restaurant en strand.

Julie reageerde snel op elke mail. Het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen. Alles was aanwezig: ruim voldoende servies, bestek, schalen etc. Mooie inrichting: schoon en praktisch. Prettig was ook de ruimte om het huis.

Beau séjour à Fitou
Maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse avec la plancha et la piscine toute proche et peu fréquentée. La région est très belle : promenades dans la garrigue au départ du gîte, belles plages à 15-20 min en voiture.

Un Havre de paix à la « Nicolas Sparks ».
Séquence 22. Int.Ext Fitou - Villa Julie. La villa a été une grande surprise et un vrai de coup de cœur. Un havre de paix à la « Nicholas Sparks ». J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Julie. Très à l’écoute et bienveillante. Rien ne manquer dans la villa. Que ce soit draps, serviette de bain, vaisselle, équipement maison, il y avait tout à la disposition du locataire. Tout est fait pour ce sentir à la maison. J’ai énormément adoré le jardin qui donner derrière, dont le décor nous rappelle l’âge d’or hollywoodien. La résidence y est d’un calme avec le voisinage très accueillant. J’ai oublié le temps d’une semaine, le monde est ces environs….je reviendrai. Une certitude !!!

Très belle villa, décoration soignée et très bien équipée. La propriétaire est disponible, réactive et tout est prévu pour passer un séjour l'esprit tranquille. Piscine très agréable. Commerces et activités dans les villages avoisinants (environ 15 min en voiture).

We have passed excellent holidays in this wonderful house (clean, cosy, comfortable, quiet). It is spacious enough for a family with two kids, the kitchen is well equipped. Also, the pool area (2 larger pools, 1 for small kids) is well maintained. The only "disadvantage": you need to organize yourself, if you need something (shopping) or want to go to the beach as you have to drive to Leucate. All in all very recommendable!

Très belle maison
Meublée avec goût et très bien équipée (fours, plancha, ustensiles cuisine, lave- vaisselle, lave-linge etc), deux piscines collectives bien pensées, grand jardin individuel, clim partout, cette maison est vraiment délicieuse. Pour l'environnement: les plages sont un peu loin, voiture indispensable, peu de lieux de culture.

Très belle maison sur les hauteur de Fitou
La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, sur les hauteurs de Fitou. La maison est très agréable avec une belle terrasse couverte qui donne sur le jardin. La piscine du complexe n'est qu'à 1 minute à pied. Un parking privé est situé juste en face de la maison. Enfin un garage vient compléter le tout pour y ranger ses affaires encombrantes. Le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont fournies et la maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il faut compter un petit 1/4 d'heure en voiture pour rejoindre le village de Leucate ou Port Leucate qui sont plus animés et où il est possible de profiter de la plage.

Maison très agréable au calme, bien placée et très bien équipée. La terrasse est très appréciable à toute heure. L'accès aux piscines est un vrai + à moins d'1 minute à pied et sans jamais trop de monde. Nous tenons à remercier Julie qui est très disponible et très arrangeante et Ian qui s'est déplacé un dimanche pour nous. La région est très agréable pour les amateurs de vin, de baignades et de balades avec l'Espagne à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et y reviendrons avec plaisir

Waren 3Wochen da und es hat alles gut funktioniet - sehr netter unkomplizierter Empfang und im Haus alles vorhanden , was man braucht. Sehr schöne und großzügige Terasse , auf der man auch gut bei großer Hitze sitzen kann. Die Pools waren auch sehr angenehm und nie überfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Unterkunft
Ein Haus mit allem ausgestattet was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Vor allem die Küche ist zu erwähnen.Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern war sehr hilfreich bei den hohen Temparaturen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, der Gemeinschaftspool war gut nutzbar (nicht zu viele Menschen) und insgesamt ist es eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
