"Uig Hotel was a fantastic place to stay, with friendly welcoming staff and amazing tasting food in the restaurant. Little to fault about the hotel, if anything rooms were too warm (stayed early November). I would be a little worried about young children staying in some of the rooms, given how easy it is to fully open up windows, but otherwise would highly recommend this hotel."

"After reading many reviews and trying to do my due dilligence, we decided to book for our Engagement weekend on the Isle of Skye and were so happy we did!! The hotel staff was super friendly, fun, and personable. They have a golf cart to bring your bags to your room, and the rooms are cozy and quaint with a modern touch! It would have been nice for more counter space in the bathroom- hopefully they can add an extra shelf there. The free breakfast was fantastic, and they were accomodating to diertary requests. The dinner and bar area are beautiful, and after going to The View (Michelin recommended) this restaurant was much better in my opinion. The sauna and ice bath were lovely, it would have been nicer if the sauna was hotter, but the aesthetic was perfect. Also the hotel staff were so kind to us during our engagement weekend, and left us a special surprise in our room when we arrived after the proposal! Will defintely book again!"

"This hotel did not disappoint. Martin was great and made sure check-in was flawless. Our room was incredible. It was very cute and clean. Our bathroom was massive as well. My spouse and I had lots of room to spread out during our stay. We highly recommend heading over to the restaurant next door (Seumas’ Bar). They had great gluten-free options. The staff there is incredible and the food/drinks are very good. Also, ask for Yanish (I doubt I spelled that correctly), he’s hilarious and has a lot of pride in what he does. We ended up eating at this restaurant twice because the food was great and the staff was a lot of fun. "

"The property was spacious, clean and well presented. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and the hard floors were easily kept clean from muddy paws. The location of the property allowed us to visit many places during our stay and the caretakers local knowledge allowed us to find a beach close by for the dogs to play in the water. All in all, an excellent place to be in and be based from."
