Some days it was just my wife and I and other days it was with my grand daughters spending the night, they also enjoyed the stay. There is plenty of room. "My husband and I took our boys ten and twelve over easter break. The property was very private. The expansive views of the yard looking out to the bay we're beautiful. The house was really clean and nicely decorated . The master bedroom had great views and the bed was amazing. It might be to buy the mattress! We were unable to put our boat in. Due to the water levels and the sludge. But we found a boat launch only ten minutes away. All in all, if you want a very relaxing vacation, this is it....

"This place was a wonderful spot for our family to have a long weekend getaway. It's on a bluff right next to the ocean with a glorious view and a stairway access to the beach. The beds are comfortable, the house has lots of great spaces to relax or play games, and the beach is a wonderful space to explore, find seashells and possibly a fossil sharks tooth (we had no luck there, but we did find a whale vertebrae, so that's something!). But in any event, we highly recommend! "

"This house is huge and has lots of different indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so the kids and adults in our group of three families didn’t have to be on top of each other in one living space the whole time. Big firepit area and huge lawn were great, and we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. There’s a place to buy fresh crabs, oysters, and shrimp very close by, and the house has everything you need for a crab night. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind."

"What a wonderful stay we had! The house was so comfortable with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company. We enjoyed the brisk mornings on the porch and the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. Very comfortable beds and linens. The scenery and landscape in the area are breathtaking. Every turn provided another incredible view of the water. Fishing Creek is close to so many beautiful, quaint towns along the Chesapeake Bay. Highly recommend!"
