"The TV in our room had a problem with the major channels and we couldn't watch the World Series. They gave us another room but it had the same problem. It was the cable service. I do applaud them for trying."

"Family trip to visit JMU. Great location. Very convenient to shopping, dining, gas. Room was a nice size, comfortable to sleep. I gave 4 star because the TV did not work in the small gym. Also, as I read before, the AC fan in the room is obnoxiously LOUD. Can’t sleep with out the fan on and forgot to pack one. It was crazy loud. Everything else was a perfect stay. The Grab and Go breakfast worked for us. Enjoyed the Hot Chocolate. Nice Ice and water dispenser for fill ups, oatmeal, snack bars and fruit were good also. We enjoyed the fresh coffee daily to get us going. Went to the local Cracker Barrel or Bojangles right next door for breakfast:)"

"Centrally located next to I-81. 5 minutes to anywhere. Looks pretty inside, and cozy. Breakfast has everything you expect. Coffee can be a little better. It was okay, but may be more tasteful option."

"Loved the Cleanliness and the Spaciousness of the Room; the Beds; the Floors of the Sink Area and the Bathroom; the Variety in the TV Channels; Loved the Clean Microwave and the Mini Fridge; the Professionalism, Help & Friendliness of Staff on Duty at the Time of Check In; the Easy Access to the Parking Lot from the Room. But the Room Still Looked Dark & Not So Bright Even with All the Lights Turned On; the Lighting in the Room Not So Bright; the Carpet Quite Dark with a Few Small Stains Observed; the Toilet Seat with Scratches and Chipping Off plus Outdated; the Balcony Could also Have a Small Table in Addition to the 2 Small Chairs. Though Stayed Only a Night for the Start, Would Definitely Stay in The Village Inn Again! It is a Great Place to Stay and Would Absolutely Recommend it."
