Luxury Lake Home in Bear Lake - "The Moose" w/ THEATER, POOL/HOTTUB BEACH ACCESS

This luxury lake home, affectionately known as "The Moose," is awesome for gatherings and is the perfect place to stay and play in Bear Lake. This amazing home provides 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and has everything you and your guests are looking for in a vacation rental.

This home sleeps 33 in beds! We have a max capacity of 40 guests. If you do not want to share beds, or want to sleep more than 33 guests (but 40 or less), please bring any additional bedding you may desire. There is lots of floor space in most of the bedrooms and common areas.

Located in Fish Haven, Idaho, near the top of a private, gated community; The Reserve. You will enjoy magnificent lake views and access to all of The Reserve shared neighborhood amenities including 2 heated pools, hot tub, workout room with weights, an outdoor playground, sports courts with pickleball, tennis and basketball courts and access to a private beach just minutes from home. Please bring your own pickleball or tennis rackets and balls as well as outdoor basketballs to take down to the community courts.

The kitchen easily seats 16 (10 at the table and 6 at the bar) with lots of space to set up additional seating at a table inside. The deck, located just off the kitchen, seats 20-24. An extra table and chairs (which can be set up in kitchen area) are included for our larger groups and are stored in the garage. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, pans, and appliances. We include a high-chair for our guests with little ones. There is also an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage for our larger groups who may need more cold food storage areas.

The gathering areas includes main level and basement family rooms, a theater, outdoor patios, a private indoor sport court in the home, a cozy game room in the loft, a playroom for the littles in the basement, a garage - turned game area - with ping pong, foosball and a double shot, and a huge paved driveway perfect for corn hole (included), spike ball (included) and remember to have the little kids bring their bikes and scooters.

This kitchen also has a large copper farmhouse sink, a prep sink, a Sub-zero refrigerator and freezer, 2 additional refrigerator drawers, large microwave, refrigerator in the garage (for our larger groups), 2 ovens and an 8-burner Wolf range.

-Theater Room includes 3 tiers of seating on leather theater chairs and sofas. This amazing and fun space has a sink and microwave where you can whip up your popcorn and snacks. It also has a small refrigerator for beverages. You'll enjoy family movie time on this huge screen with a fully equipped projection system.

-There is not a grass area at "The Moose" as pictured with the moose. It is natural and rock landscaping. The huge, flat driveway is a super fun play area for games, corn hole, gathering, bikes, scooters and games.

Guests are responsible for any damages and/or loss to the property and it's amenities.

In order to protect this beautiful home for you and our future guests, our policy is that we must receive the signed rental contract we provide, a copy of your driver's license and a copy (front and back) of a current credit card at least 5 days before check-in.
