COVID 19 INFORMATION:
Here are the steps we have taken to ensure your trip is safe and enjoyable:
• Hired an extra cleaner to spend on average 30% more time than before to comprehensively clean our home.
• Using approved disinfectant products and a more stringent regimen for cleaning common surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, countertops, and light switches.
• Installed two automatic hand sanitizer stations, one when you enter the front door and one outside of the garage entrance.
• Installed HEPA air purifiers that trap a high percentage of airborne irritants, allergens and reducing any harmful germs.
• Check-In requires no person-to-person contact. Directions and Information are forwarded by email for Check-In and Check-Out procedures.

This 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath newly built and newly furnished townhome is in the heart of Fish Creek. The Bluffs at Cottage Row Court is an exclusive private community of exceptional residences at the foot of Door County's landmark bluff overlooking the historic village of Fish Creek. Enhanced by local fieldstone and top detailing, this townhome has three levels with an elevator at the garage level. All four bedrooms have a full bath and there are three decks, including an oversized 4 season room leading to the back deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill for outdoor entertaining. There are two large entertaining family rooms on the ground level and first floor with cable TV, one for the kids and one for the adults. This townhome has more than 3500 square feet of space and has every upgrade imaginable, including granite kitchen counters, 10 feet ceilings, stainless steel appliances and a two car garage. Enjoy luxurious living coupled with a perfect location in the best town in Door County.

The perfect place to gather and reconnect. Large warm spaces for a party of eight to sit and talk as a group as well as numerous other nooks to engage in small talk or just take some time away to enjoy the Niagara Escarpment, located a mere - and stunning - 15 feet away!

Beautifully Spacious & Great Location
Our 3 generation family enjoyed this property steps away from downtown Fish Creek. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed for preparing and serving meals. The bedrooms, each with own bath, were large and made for private space away when needed. It felt like home in no time. The location allowed us quick access to walk through town or drive to other favorite locations in Sisters Bay, Ephraim and Egg Harbor. We can see ourselves renting this property again in the future.

Sibling Reunion
This is the second year staying at this property. It is wonderful. The location is right in the middle of Door County so it's easy to get anywhere in Door County. It is right off the main street of Fish Creek so you can walk anywhere. It is very clean. There are plenty of rooms and beds for adults. The elevator is really nice if you have anyone with limited mobility. We just can't say enough about this property. It has a lot of very nice outdoor spaces as well as indoor spaces to spread out. I would recommend this to anyone looking to spend any time in Door County.

Incredible Condo
This is an incredible 3 story condo, with the feel of a house. Don't worry about the stairs, there is an elevator to transport yourself or whatever you packed to the upper floors. We were a group of 8 ladies that have been staying in Door County for over 20 years. This place has a great location, wonderful amenities and all the comforts of home. The owner communicates with you and has a great manager that addresses any immediate issues! This is a PLUS when looking for a place to vacation. We will make reservations for fall of 2024 to stay at the Heart of Fish Creek. That is the best review any property can receive!!

💕Beautiful large townhouse with perfect location!
Was perfect for our family celebrating a milestone birthday for our daughter. Grandkids (4 and 2 year old) were able to face the whole lower level with their port a crib and blow up mattress and their parents were able to sleep down there with them and also have their own little family room Upstairs bedrooms perrfect for two teenagers and rest of family. Walking distance to everything. We loved it! Thank you! Thanks Kurt for all recommendations. Alexander’s was great for birthday dinner!

Annual family vacation
Every year our family looks forward to our annual vacation in Door County.We've stayed this property many, many times. Our first choice always, if it is available. Perfect location. This year the back deck off the master bedroom was under construction and the railings were in the beautiful bedroom. Wish they had been left in the garage as they are dirty. This would not stop us from booking again. Recommend :)

Door County Family Vacation
Great location and size for our group of 8. Excellent amenities and up to date. Two other properties were rented for our large family gathering and we got the luck of the draw with this one! The only reason this was not rated 5 was that there were enough small things such that I couldn't honestly give a 5. However, Kurt was either in the process of fixing things that he knew about, or if he hadnt known, then he had a plan so it would not happen in the future. These little things did not affect our stay and we would definitely stay here again.
