Cedarwood offers nearly 2000 square feet of living space for your enjoyment. It is located in a nice residential area 2 blocks from the Northern Door YMCA and walking distance to the Door Community Auditorium, Peninsula State Park and downtown Fish Creek's fine restaurants, galleries, shops and public beach. A very convenient location, close enough to activities, yet private and relaxing. Cedarwood has a very large yard with towering evergreens towards the rear of the lot. A walking path is maintained through the trees so you can walk to the BP gas station in case you forget something essential. Wi-Fi connection

Cedarwood is a Winter sports person's delight as we are located near the snowmobile trail. Ride through the woods in the backyard to gas up your sleds and enter Peninsula State Park across from the station. After cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding or snowmobiling warm up in front of the fireplace in our spacious great room. We look forward to hearing from you soon!

Enjoyable stay
The location and setting for Cedarwood were wonderful for our group. The home was very clean, well-equiped, and had good information provided by the owner. Our group loved the shaded sitting area in front and the large round table in the dining room that was great for games and conversation.

Excellent location, lots of room, very clean, and well stocked!
We had a wonderful time at this property. It's an excellent location for exploring all of Door County. The 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, small sitting room with tv, and a large great room with with tv & plenty of seating made this property perfect for our group of 6 adults. There were also plenty of extra towels, bedding, and kitchen items. Owners were also quick to respond to a question we had. We'd definitely stay again. We loved the place!

House was very clean and comfortable. Great location to several towns and activities. It is obvious, the owners take pride in their place. Very well stocked and maintained. We will definitely be booking this place again for our Door County getaways.

Labor Day Weekend Birthday Getaway!
Relaxing time! Enjoyed the outdoor and indoor spaces at Cedarwood! Conveniently located in the heart of Door County so we could enjoy the great outdoor activities, food, and music offered in the area! While we normally camp at Peninsula State Park this was a perfect spot for a quick weekend away!

We have stayed at a lot of places in Door County and Cedarwood was definitely the best so far.Everything was well stocked,plenty of room for a large group,centrally located and a very comfortable nice setting.I left my own personal pillow behind and Carla was nice enough to send it to me!

Secluded Getaway Just Minutes from Downtown Fish Creek!
It may not have all the modern bells and whistles, but this home offers plenty of space both inside and out and everything our family needed for a week-long stay in DC. The living room is particularly spacious, and the backyard offers that woodsy vibe that keeps us coming back to the peninsula. The house was clean on our arrival and the hosts even included a nice note to welcome us to our stay.

Great place! 3 older couples split the cost of this VRBO and had a great time. Wonderful surroundings (deer in the backyard each night), close to town and Peninsula St. Park. Fully stocked everything, extremely cleaned and cared for, plenty of room for fun and games. Responsive owners. We’ll be back.

Quiet place walking distace to main street
The home is warm and inviting, there is a great firepit in the back yard for gathering and making smores. Full kitchen well stocked so you can cook at home or dine out. Its less than a mile to our favorite frozen custard place. And a 5 minute drive to an amazing gallery and Hands On Art. You wont be disappointed

Perfect for our girl's trip
We had a great stay! The house is really big, so the four of us had plenty of room to spread out. There was a great selection of games to play. The house was spotless. Location was great! We saw a mama and baby deer. The beds were really comfy. There were plenty of pillows to choose from. If we make if back to Door county, we'd definitely stay here!

Great stay outside of Fish Creek!
Very spacious, clean well kept home! We loved the trail in the back yard. In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the bakery, Fika, or the gas station. We’ve stayed in Door County at least 8 times in the last 20 years and this has to be one of the best places we’ve stayed. Get a cheeseburger from Peninsula Pub. You won’t regret it!

Central location
The rental is an older property, very clean, well stocked and with comfortable beds. It’s location in Fish Creek is convenient to major roads and within walking distance to restaurants. However, for someone who prefers privacy, the dining room window lacks draw curtains which allows street traffic to see directly into the house. The same is true of two hallway windows although they are only visible to neighbors. Also, the flagstone steps at the entrance door are difficult to traverse and the step is too high for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise as I mentioned the property is very clean, comfortable and the kitchen well stocked.
