"One of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. It’s easily accessible from Luzern station via bus 51 or 52, with the bus stop right outside the hotel. The hotel is well-equipped with amenities for children, including a playroom and a separate diaper-changing area. Both the hotel and the rooms are very clean and well-lit, and my room even had a balcony. While there isn’t a kettle in the room, the staff will happily provide one upon request. A complimentary breakfast is included with your stay, which is a nice perk. The staff was exceptional—they helped store my medicine in their refrigerator, and since I didn’t have phone service, one of the staff members kindly let me use her phone to order dinner. They also lent me plates and cutlery for my meal in the room. Overall, the staff went above and beyond, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had with hotel staff. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Family owned hotel and restaurant was a nice touch. Located just outside of Luzern downtown and reachable by train which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Note the train only comes once an hour so plan accordingly. Several walkable restaurants nearby. Staff was very accommodating and helpful and provided travel adapters for free. Breakfast was a nice spread including eggs, cheese, meats and other items. Hotel was very quiet and well kept. Great base for Luzern and the area. "

"I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!"

"This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."
