"have option for hotel transfer, not cheap but convenient. Staff was very friendly and professional, ready to help answer questions. breakfast buffet was adequate, but nice. only complaint was water pressure sometime not available. highly recommend ira hotel and spa for anyone need a cheap hotel but 5 star service. can't beat the price for the view of the ocean and caldera."

"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. "Great location. Hotel staff is very friendly and always there to help. On our arrival the person at reception Yarris explained how we can cover different things at island which was really helpful. Hotel staff also arranged rental car for us and rental car pick up and drop off was from hotel itself, which was really convenient. I loved my stay there. Would definitely recommend staying there. "
