"Doordat er een ons niet meegedeeld groot feest was met 7 DJ's tot 3.50 uur in de nacht hebben wij een slechte periode gehad. Daarom was het inchecken lastig en was het restaurant gesloten. Maar de kamer was goed, de badkamer zeer ruim en op zondag het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De hotelhoudster verlaagde de kosten voor de overnachting en stelde dat volgend jaar het hotel alleen beschikbaar zal zijn voor bezoekers van het feest. Was het feest er niet geweest, dan waren wij content...

"Fintel is rural on the outskirts of the Lüneburg Heide. The area is beautiful and ideal for walks and bird watching. Frau Anker is an excellent host and the accommodation is as described and met all our needs. There is great attention to detail and many little extras including doing our washing at no extra charge. Only small gripe was the required £50 cleaning fee which was not advertised up front. Highly recommended."

"Ein Häuschen zwischen Ponys, das alles hat. Immer haben wir Küchenutensilien dabei- ausser dem kleinen, scharfen Messerchen haben wir nichts gebraucht! Wir haben es schon weiter empfohlen :-)"
