There were no direction on which parking to use as all are reserved so were confusing. Also there were no hand soap, only shampoo. I think a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are standard along with hand soap and body lotion. Just small things would make a big difference but overall it was nice, thank you! Otherwise the place is so clean. "
