"Great location, newly renovated house, management was very responsive and helpful, only issue is the sulphur smell in the water. It’s hard to drink the water or take shower with such a strong smell. "What’s there not to like about this property?! Everything you could need is at your fingertips. They two kayaks were perfect for my wife and I. Launching them from the private dock was amazing! There is also a little hot spring less than a minute kayak ride from the dock! We brought our own groceries and the house had everything else we needed. "We had the best weekend having a birthday celebration! We spent most of the time at the house on the water! We fished from the dock every night and caught a couple of catfish! We had dinners out on the patio and used the gas fire pit! We played lots of pool! We paddle boarded! This VRBO has it all! It was clean, had all the kitchen essentials! We absolutely loved this place and are already planning our next trip! The host was amazing! 10/10 recommend! "

"Decided to get away for a relaxing weekend and this home was the perfect location. My husband and I loved spending the weekend here. "This was the perfect vacation home for us. Tons of space. We had lots of friends and family that came to spend a few days at a time during our 10 day stay. It's even better than the pictures show. Was super clean. It was stocked with enough essentials for our entire trup . We had a blast fishing off the dock. Caught and released so many fish. "The house is very large, well maintained and stocked with everything you may need. The hosts were very responsive to requests. There was a wine/treat basket and personal note waiting for us on arrival and instructions on how to use everything. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and located near many wineries and event venues. "The property is very nice and roomy. Wonderful views from the living room/kitchen/ and master bedroom. The dock is also very nice and long - we really enjoyed getting together in the morning and for the sunset. The TV room had a couch that had a broken cushion. We stuffed a pillow in there and made it work, but the couch should be replaced. "This place has literally everything you can ask for when staying on Clearlake. So much space for a large family and for having others over for a BBQ. I asked my group what is one negative thing and they could not think of anything. We will be staying every year going forward this is our place. One major advantage is that the rental company for lake toys is right next door. We had the best time staying at this house. I have rented a lot of places over the years and this was by far the best one."

"This was in a really great location. Close to stores & the lake. The place was perfect inside but needed blinds in the living & dining areas. Pool was beautiful but so cold we couldn’t swim. Plus, pool was for tall people! We were never able to touch the bottom. A little scary at times.over all beautiful place! A dock access would have been great too!"
