"We had a great stay at NALA in Innsbruck. The hotel nicely designed, comfortable and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. "Breakfast was nice, Room was comfortable and warm. Location was great! Only negative was that check-in was 3pm! All of the lockers at Hbf was used so had to carry my heavy bag for a few hours in the rain which wasnt very nice. Hotel said i couldnt leave rucksack at hotel before the check in."

"Great location steps from a fantastic local restaurant and several pubs. This is not a conventional hotel. You go fetch your own bedding and towels from the depot and check in and out on your own. But the staff are extremely accessible. High marks for sustainability."
