Beautiful, comfortable country house "Fürstenhaus", semi-detached, built in 1910, renovated in 2014. In the resort Ginzling, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a secluded, quiet position, in the countryside. For shared use: property. Private: garden (not fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. House maid 2 times per week on request (extra). Motor access to the grounds. Parking. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift 9 km, skisport facilities 9 km, ski bus stop 450 m, cross country ski track 400 m, children's playground. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000 9 km, Zillertal Arena 19 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 23 km. Hiking paths: Ginzling 50 m. Free ski bus service to the ski region Mayrhofen. Owner`s hunting pavilion situated on the large site but rarely inhabited.

sehr schönes Ambiente, Küche perfekt ausgestattet zur Selbstversorgung.
Sehr schönes Haus mit außergewöhnlicher Atmosphäre. Großer gepflegter Garten. Gute Ausgangsposition für Wanderungen. Lebensmittel nur im 10 km entfernten erhältlich, deshalb gute Vorratsplanung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Petra

Tolles Jagdhaus
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem großzügig geschnittenen und gut ausgestatteten Haus. Gerade bei größeren Familien und Gruppen ist es sehr hilfreich, dass die Schlafzimmer jeweils eigene, moderne Bäder haben. Fast schon Routine ist ja hier der Hinweis auf den zu kleinen Kühlschrank.

Uriges Ferienhaus
Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus. Tolle Lage. Netter Verwalter, kümmert sich sofort. Es ist alles da, was macht braucht. Schöne Bäder, jedoch sollte der Fussboden im Erdgeschoss WC dringend erneuert werden, schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, aber ist ist nunmal bei einem alten Holzhaus so. Ich kann das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschönes Jagdhaus mit gemütlich-rustikaler Einrichtung und zauberhafter Lage in Ginzling
Ein Traum für Wanderer, Familien und Gruppen bis 10 Personen! Grill und Außenbestuhlung könnten einmal erneuert bzw. erweitert werden, ansonsten ist alles in sehr gutem Zustand und gut ausgestattet!

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Auszeit. Traumhafte Lage, Küche gut ausgestattet, sehr schöne Bäder. Gute Betten, knarzen zwar, aber passt ins Ambiente. Sehr hellhörig, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Lediglich der Kühlschrank wird im Sommer bei 10 Personen etwas zu klein (für kalte Getränke UND Lebensmittel)

Ein super Haus, mit allem was man zu einem Stressfreien Urlaub benötigt. Wir hatten aus einigen schlechten Erfahrungen mehr eingepackt, Toillettenpapier, Spühlzeug usw., es war jedoch von allem ausreichend vorhanden, ein echt super ausgestattetes Haus. Große Badezimmer, die top ausgestattet sind. Das Haus lädt mit seiner geräumigkeit und seiner Einrichtung zu gemütlichen geselligen Abende ein. Durch die rustikale Bauweise aus Holz etwas hellhörig, dass stellt aber kein großes Problem dar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Beeindruckende Unterkunft in sagenhafter Umgebung
Ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus mit dem Charm einer Berghütte in einer atemberaubenden schönen Landschaft. Nur wenige Minuten von der Kleinstadt Mayrhofen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeder Art sind dort anzutreffen. Ausreichend vorhandene Gaststätten und Einkehrmöglichkeiten halten für jeden Geschmack etwas bereit. Von der Unterkunft in Ginzling sind jede Menge Wanderwege erreichbar in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden. Wir würden am liebsten sofort wieder hinfahren.
