"The Wanderer’s Retreat is an eco-friendly and perfect retreat accommodation suitable for families, couples and groups. The property is nestled in a serene rainforest environment and a short walk to One Mile Beach. We stayed in a self-contained tree house cottage with a spa bath that could fit at least two adults. "We had a lovely stay at the property. The location was peaceful and very pretty and the locals were really friendly. Great for a peaceful getaway, fishing and tranquility. The nearest shops were about 24 minutes away which is fine if you don't mind driving. Some of the appliances were a little tricky to work out. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and did not mind travelling to local beaches. My son really enjoyed the fishing and the view was amazing. "

"The property was really lovely for a couple with a pooch. Small back yard with grass and outdoor furniture and an undercover entertaining area which was perfect for the hot evenings. Everything we needed was at our fingertips and the walk to local shops was 15 mins and walk to beach was 2 min. Perfect travel location to other parts of Port Stephens."
