Large Split Level Apartment, Sleeps 3, With 2 Bathrooms.
A large apartment of 60 sq M area with 3.5m high ceiling in main room, located on the hill in the quiet, residential San Bernardino suburb, close to forest trails, approximately 3 Kilometres from the sea.

The apartment is furnished with hints of 1960s and 1970s retro. The 20 sq M open plan upper level (mezzanine) has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a bathroom with small shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The lower level has an open plan area that serves as living room, dining area and kitchen, and has a 2nd bathroom with main large shower, toilet and washbasin.

The 3.5m high ceiling helps keep the apartment cool in summer. 1 child cot bed available (linen not supplied). Living area furnished with two sofas, TV and dining table and seating.

Kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction hob, microwave oven and fridge. Floors tiled throughout. Entrance from the parking via small, 4 Square meter shaded entrance porch, that is on the same level as the parking area. 1 Allocated parking space 10m from door. Local bus service every 30 mins to Finale Ligure sea front and railway station (2.8Km). Bus stop 50m away and bus operates every half hour from 08:00 until 01:00, tickets cost 20 Euros for 20 tickets . San Bernardino's hiking, climbing & mountain bike trails start only 100m away with access to climbing areas too..

Having rented the apartment from the previous owners on several occasions and enjoyed my stay so much I eventually persuaded Dan to sell me the apartment and all its fittings in Autumn 2022. Consequently all the reviews shown here relate to the previous owners. The property and it its furnishings are mostly unchanged aside form some minor decorations and a new fridge.

We are aware that our guests might have concerns at this time, and we would like to highlight the measures taken below to re-assure you when making a reservation:

On top of our usual very high cleaning standard our cleaner will now pay extra attention to cleaning and sterilising all door handles and wiping down surfaces with alcohol-based steriliser between guest stays.

Our apartment has its own separate, private entrance and does not use any space or facilities that are shared with other apartments (except for the open-air parking area).

We use a coded key box to allow guests to access the apartment, meaning no direct contact is required with anyone on arrival or departure.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es wurde bei der Ausrüstung an Alles gedacht, vom Toaster bis zum Sonnenschirm. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war unkompliziert, schnell und sehr freundlich. Kurzum, wir hatten ein paar sehr erholsame und schöne Tage.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Finale Ligure
Wir haben eine tolle erholsame Woche in Finale Ligure verbracht. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. We were very satisfied with the apartment and the cleanliness, it does not get better than this. The communication with the owner (Sean) was perfect. We were able to get a lot of information and tips from the "blue folder". We were not for the last time in the apartment!

Jederzeit wieder!
Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden. Ruhig gelegen oben in den Bergen von Finale Ligure, circa 10min mit dem Bus/Auto bis in Zentrum! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

Appartamento molto accogliente, funzionale e pulito. I Proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili per informazioni ed esigenze . Ottimo il servizio navetta per Finale sia per frequenza per estensione oraria e vantaggioso per il prezzo. Ottima anche la posizione in quanto la zona è molto tranquilla Ci siamo trovati molto bene , l'appartamento molto fresco e la presenza di due bagni è ottima sopratutto se si è in quattro . Un consiglio mettere una luce esterna così da agevolare alla sera tardi l'accesso in casa . Se ritorniamo in Liguria saremo contenti di tornarci. Conclusione Ottimo per le Vacanze !!! Fresco in casa al tuo rientro dalla spiaggia
L'arredamento dell'appartamento è moderno, l'abitazione facile da tener pulita e al tempo stesso funzionale ed elegante. Si nota la cura dei proprietari, non solo funzionale, ma anche estetica. La bellezza della semplicità, sarebbe il mio titolo alternativo. Molto comodo il servizio di navetta per Finale, sia per frequenza sia per estensione oraria. La posizione consente di visitare con i mezzi pubblici zone di interesse come Finalborgo, Noli, baia dei Saraceni e Malpasso e altre. Ci siamo trovati bene e l'assenza di un dehors terrazzo o giardino è stata compensata dal fresco della casa, dalla presenza di due bagni funzionali dalla luminosità effettiva dell'appartamento. Ottima base di appoggio. Grazie

Wir waren zu zweit für eine Woche in der Unterkunft untergebracht. Es war alles sehr sauber und genau so wie beschrieben. Die Willkommens Mappe hat uns sehr weitergeholfen und wir konnten nützliche und hilfreiche Dinge verwenden. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Lage war toll und die Gegend sehr ruhig. gerne wieder, dann aber länger ;-)

Wunderschöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung. Großer Luxus sind die zwei Bäder. Alles war sehr sauber und es gab alles was man so braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen:). Ein super Restaurant in wenigen Gehminuten....Mit jeder Fahrt nach und von Finale ein Panoramablick. Ein netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

La casa è molto bella, accogliente e pulita, mi sono sentita subito a casa. Ogni dettaglio ben curato e accessoriata con tutto il necessario. La vista da pochi metri fuori l’appartamento è veramente appagante e la zona residenziale tranquillissima. Ha pero due punti dolenti: la connessione internet cellulare scarsissima e un boiler per l’acqua calda veramente troppo piccolo con poca autonomia anche per una sola persona nell’alloggio. Consiglio ai proprietari di installare un boiler un po’ più grande sopratutto per quando gli inquilini sono 4-5.

Premetto che una volta arrivata alla location non ho fatto il check in. L’alloggio e’ infatti uno scantinato: spazioso e ben arredato sicuramente, ma a livello dei garage della proprietà. All’ interno inoltre si sente forte odore di muffa. Ha una sola piccolissima finestra che da’ su piano terra ed è all’altezza del letto, oltre alla porta - finestra di ingresso. L’ingresso è rivolto verso i parcheggi ed è al loro livello. Quindi a breve distanza dall’ingresso si trovano auto. Tutto ciò andrebbe segnalato nelle foto.

Più di quello che mi sarei aspettata
Appartamento molto carino situato in cima alla collina di San Bernardino (5min in auto dal centro di Finale Ligure), in posizione tranquilla, soprattutto di sera/notte. Proprietari molto disponibili e veloci nel rispondere a qualsiasi problematica o semplice domanda. Una piacevole sorpresa è stata quella di trovare l'appartamento provvisto di tutto il necessario per viverci, compresi gli accessori per la cucina, bagno e perfino ombrellone per la spiaggia. Se ricapiterà sarò contenta di tornarci.

Mi sono trovata molto bene. In zona molto tranquilla e servitamolto bene da navetta. Fuori dallo stress, ma comoda. L' immobile é arredato benissimo, comodo, funzionale e carinissimo. Ho sofferto un po' la mancanza di una terrazza nell'appartamento essendo a piano terra .. ma uscemdo e guardando fuori in un attimo gli occhi si riempiono della bellezza che offre la location. Ottimo, consigliatissimo!

Topwohnung in erhöhter Lage
Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet.Alles ist vorhanden.Selbst bei großer Hitze ist es in der Wohnung kühl.Zum Strand/ Zentrum von Finale Ligure fährt man 12 Minuten mit dem Auto oder man nimmt den kleinen Bus.In der Wohnung oder auf der kleinen Terrasse hat man einen schlechten Netzempfang.Weiter vorne auf dem Parkplatz war es besser.WLAN war leider nicht vorhanden, aber das wußten wir ja bereits.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen gut.Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit viel biken, täglich strand und entspannten abenden in einer coolen Wohnung. Klasse, dass zwei duschen vorhanden sind, ein backofen wäre noch schön, ging aber auch so.dankeschön!

Appartamento bello, luminoso e soprattutto silenzioso, dotato di tutti i confort. Servizio navetta a pochi passi da casa ECCELLENTE. Unica pecca se così si può dire e non avere campo per i cellulari in casa, ma basta stare sul terrazzino. Non grave se si vogliono passare VERE VACANZE.

Das Apartment ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und aufgrund der Lage angenehm kühl im Sommer.
Unser Aufenthalt war aufgrund guter Organisation der Vermieter sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Apartments bietet Ruhe von der Stadt und einen geringen Temperaturunterschied, der im Sommer schon viel ausmacht. Die direkte Nachbarschaft ist sehr nett und offen, wobei man sich selbst als Person, die nur Urlaub dort macht, schon in der Nachbarschaft aufgenommen fühlt. Der Handyempfang ist nicht sehr gut, was aber für unabhängige eher positiv war, da man so mal richtig abschalten und die freie Zeit genießen konnte. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und positiv war auch, dass pro Woche ein Satz Bettbezüge für das Doppelbett und das Einzelbett gestellt wurde. Die Schlafcouch haben wir nicht benutzt, also können wir dazu auch kein feetback geben. Allerdings ist sie als gewöhnliche Couch benutzt komfortabel. Geschickt und auch unbedingt notwendig in Finale Ligurien ist der zum Apartment zugehörige Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe. Wir hatten ein ziemliches Ameisenproblem und konnten das nur schlecht in den Griff bekommen, da sie von überall in der Wohnung zu kommen schienen. Das war aber nicht besonders schlimm und hat unseren Aufenthalt im Apartment nicht minder schön gemacht. Alles in allem sind wir froh, auf diese Unterkunft gestoßen zu sein und würden sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns bei Mr und Mrs. Miller und denken in Zukunft immer gerne zurück an unseren Urlaub in Finale.
