A large apartment of 60 sq M area with 3.5m high ceiling in main room, located on the hill in the quiet, residential San Bernardino suburb, close to forest trails, approximately 3 Kilometres from the sea.
The apartment is furnished with hints of 1960s and 1970s retro. The 20 sq M open plan upper level (mezzanine) has 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a bathroom with small shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. The lower level has an open plan area that serves as living room, dining area and kitchen, and has a 2nd bathroom with main large shower, toilet and washbasin.
The 3.5m high ceiling helps keep the apartment cool in summer. 1 child cot bed available (linen not supplied). Living area furnished with two sofas, TV and dining table and seating.
Kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate induction hob, microwave oven and fridge. Floors tiled throughout. Entrance from the parking via small, 4 Square meter shaded entrance porch, that is on the same level as the parking area. 1 Allocated parking space 10m from door. Local bus service every 30 mins to Finale Ligure sea front and railway station (2.8Km). Bus stop 50m away and bus operates every half hour from 08:00 until 01:00, tickets cost 20 Euros for 20 tickets . San Bernardino's hiking, climbing & mountain bike trails start only 100m away with access to climbing areas too..

Having rented the apartment from the previous owners on several occasions and enjoyed my stay so much I eventually persuaded Dan to sell me the apartment and all its fittings in Autumn 2022. Consequently all the reviews shown here relate to the previous owners. The property and it its furnishings are mostly unchanged aside form some minor decorations and a new fridge.

We are aware that our guests might have concerns at this time, and we would like to highlight the measures taken below to re-assure you when making a reservation:
On top of our usual very high cleaning standard our cleaner will now pay extra attention to cleaning and sterilising all door handles and wiping down surfaces with alcohol-based steriliser between guest stays.
Our apartment has its own separate, private entrance and does not use any space or facilities that are shared with other apartments (except for the open-air parking area).
We use a coded key box to allow guests to access the apartment, meaning no direct contact is required with anyone on arrival or departure.
