Breakfast had no decaf coffee. all carbs and dairy, no napkin (LOL). Receptionist only spoke Italian. Could not find Wifi code anywhere, and receptionist is only part time. Still. fantastic value for money."

"Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town. "
