"Our group stayed at Villa della Fonte for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is spacious, very well laid out with plenty of areas for sitting, entertaining or just relaxing - for teenagers and adults alike. The kitchen is kitted out perfectly for large groups and the outdoor dining table overlooking the garden is a dream come true. The pool is large and the pool lounging area is perfect for an evening al fresco drink. The location is secluded and quiet, which suited us very well....

"Such a quaint home, clean, quiet and beautiful. Close to the center of the very small town of Montepulciano. The host is very sweet and even cooked a cake to welcome us to their home. The view of the valley from the home is simply breathtaking."

"The location of this home is perfect. Far enough away for peace and quiet, yet close enough to go to the grocery store and into Montepulciano. Frank and Silva, the owners were a delight. They didn't speak much english, but we laughed every morning with them. Frank makes his own wine from the on property vineyard and Silva makes handbags and jams. Frank wine is as good as any other in Italy. And so much less money!!! Their home and grounds are beautiful. We were three couples and had plenty...

Our family had the most relaxing time at the Villa, enjoying morning walks in the picturesque country side, lovely lunches by the pool and driving to the many charming Towns in the area all contributed to a wonderful stay. My only negative comment is that it would have been helpful if we had been informed that absolutely no household cleaning products or catering supplies would be provided, we could have brought these items with us. "The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"Plenty of bedrooms for our group and the house and property was perfect for the 3 young kids to be outside. The weather was a little cool but sunny. The property team was helpful with organizing wine tastings & olive oil tasting. Pizza and pasta making was right on the premise The day trip to Montepulciano included a lunch, wine tasting and transportation that was all planned for us. The kids got to see Santa in the Christmas Village which was their highlight of the day. I would recommend...

"Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa in 16 persone (quattro famiglie ) e si è rivelata comodissima sia per le camere che per i quattro bagni a disposizione che hanno consentito un'ottima divisione degli spazi. Bellissimo il contorno con calcio balilla, tavolo da ping pong, campetto di calcetto e la piscina, oltre agli ampi spazi comuni interni.
