"A perfectly lovely and a quiet retreat! Driving to the designated parking area inside the old city walls was a bit of a challenge with a large number of pedestrians here for New Year's holiday, but once at the hotel we didn't want to leave anyway! Very walkable to restaurants, attractions, shops. Most comfortable and relaxed we have been during our 2 week trip across northern Italia. 😀 "

"Great hotel generally, and this was our second stay. Service was generally good and the staff work hard. The only exception was when we ate at the hotel in the evening. Limited options for families/children and waiting staff stuck us in the opposite corner of the restaurant and made clear their displeasure at our attendance close to closing time. "

"Great property, very popular with families due to its proximity to the amusement park Gardaland as well as the Garda lake. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with any request, the breakfast and dinner buffets had plenty of fresh and diverse options. The room was par for the course, however I found quite strange that there was no ventilation system which could cope with the water vapour after a shower."

We went during off season so a lot of the on-site dining options weren’t available but they did still have one restaurant open. "The staff is simply amazing. They give a service that is a 5 stars service. Kind, making you feel at home, giving a lot of suggestions on what to do in the location. Nice comfortable bed, private beach. Lovely thank you. They also have nice additional services and private parking "

"Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."
