The staff on all level is awesome, super friendly and available for you, the rooms are big and have all the amenities you expect from those kind of hotels, easy parking, easy transportation to the center of Deauville and back to the hotel thanks to their shuttle that runs for a large part of the day and night, if you like golf there is a whole green as part of the hotel. We were able to park on the street close to the hotel all 3 nights we stayed.
