Verder zou er in de woning een gebruiksaanwijzing voor buitenlanders niet mogen ontbreken. Watertoevoer bijvoorbeeld en hoe de verwarming werkt . Misschien dat dat voor Noren vanzelf spreekt maar voor ons echt niet."
