Air con worked efficiently, great to have a washing machine, bed comfortable and again another balcony view. There are a lot of stairs up to apartment although we saw that as a positive way to do some exercise each day. Guiseppe was very communicative when we had questions. "It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "

"We felt lucky to choose this location because it made it easy to walk to many sites and restaurants. Not far from Quatro Canti, center of town. There is an elevator and a door man. Stefano, the owner, and Rodi, the apt manager, couldnt have been nicer. And there is a nice pastry shop 2 blocks down Via Roma that opens at 6 am! "

"This a very charming apartment, modern, chic clean and comfortable. It has separated lounge room and bedroom, a Juliet balcony with wooden shutters. Great location, walking distance to everywhere, lots of cafe, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. A gentleman checked me in, explained the area to me, made some recommendations. Good communication too. There are some minor issues of maintenance but not serious. I am very happy with the property."

"The apartment is very close to the Cathedral, one of the main attractions of Palermo. The apartment is clean and has everything one needs. The host is very kind, and left a lot of goodies in the apartment for us, and really cared that we were satisfied. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us. The neighborhood is a bit shabby, but very convenient"

"It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins."

"After checking reviews of this place I was a bit worried but overall we did enjoy our stay. We are family of 4 and stayed 7 nights in bungalow. Accommodation was spacious and clean however very outdated. AC only in the bedroom so kids who were sleeping in living/dining area complained of a heat. This is a sport complex which is available to the public so at the weekends quite busy. But plenty of sun beds so no issue with finding a spot. Big swimming pool, however swimming cups are necessary....

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
