Staff were really helpful, they even surprised me with a small birthday cake at breakfast when they found out it was my birthday. Would recommend the hotel if you want to be near/at the port. "Fantastic stay at this amazing hotel. Food was excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff could not have been friendlier. Pool area and room views were great. Guido’s knowledge of the island was very helpful in planning our 10 days in Ischia. They booked our boat tour for us. If we came again we would definitely pay for the dinner half board package because we regretted not choosing it. "

"A lovely welcome from staff and in particular the reception staff were extremely helpful with all our enquiries. Our stay was 4 nights and we used it as a base to visit different places in the area. The bus shuttle service into Forio was welcome and we were happy to do the 20 minute walk back after supper out in Forio. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the sea views from both our room and the main hotel areas. "

"This is a tranquil location yet in the center of wonderful mid-level Pozzuoli. Parking is a very important plus to this part of Italy and our vehicle has always been secure. You can walk to restaurants, shops, a Roman colosseum, the port area, and public transportation. Staff are great, as well."
