"The farmhouse was immaculately clean. The views of the Galtee Mountains with the mist rising up from them were mesmerizing. The furnishings were comfortable. Christine graciously came over and spent an hour going over the operation of the heating and kitchen appliances and bringing the tv back online for our use at my request, and we very much enjoyed the opportunity to visit with her about life on her side of the pond. "We originally booked a 1 bedroom but the night before we got there we were told that wasn’t available and we were being given a different unit. I felt uncomfortable with that at such late notice but the house we were given was much larger and grander. The location was perfect for our stay and travels. The owner was kind and helpful. They have a family farm and were working a lot so we appreciated his time. The views are pretty and it was very peaceful."
