"The location of the flat was ideal for exploring the island. Pingo Doce, a very large supermarket, was a two minute drive. Mariana was very responsive and helpful. She was very kind and had many suggestions to help make our vacation a spectacular experience. There are many excellent restaurants on the island but having the ability to cook and enjoy our meals on the very spacious balcony made the vacation extra special. "We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"This is a stunning property! The location is excellent, the view is really exceptional and the apartment is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Would highly recommend!The only hiccup was trying to figure out how to get into the parking garage (instructions could be a bit clearer) but once you figure it out it's fine. "Staying in the apartment was a good experience. The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a week's stay, the location is excellent. The owner of the apartment and his daughter picked us up from the airport to the apartment and back. Highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay, and the view of the apartment and the host was super helpful and responsive with several questions we had along the way. The only reason for a 4 rating was the floor wasn't super clean (the rest was) and it was a particularly hot week late July/early August and we found the apartment very hot and hard to cool down, even with fans. "All the staff members were very professional, helpful and nice. Hotel’s own parking facility and valet parking service was extremely convenient. Two restaurants on premises with quality food and services are a good alternative to dining in a city. Location is very central with a pleasing view on a marina. "

"The staff went out of their way to be helpful. I arrived early in the day, and was able to use the jacuzzi and pool, then take a shower, while waiting for my room to be available. Anytime I had a question, they were very helpful and kind. The room was lovely, with a view of the ocean and the sunset. "
