I'm absolutely sick of hotels that regulate the temperature of your room. I can not sleep in places that get to hot at even with the air set as low as it goes it would not kick on so i got no sleep. Won't be back

Our keys stopped working. Gal working couldn’t program new ones for us so we were pretty much stuck in room. Had a cockroach and door entrances to room and bathroom are way to narrow. There’s a lot of wasted space in bedroom are that could be utilized to widen bathroom entry and make bathroom bigger

I liked the property because the staff were very welcoming. I have been to many hotels where people are just there for a paycheck and I didn’t feel that at all at La Quinta. I was greeted warmly, no matter what time of day I approached the counter. I did have some mild complaints and questions, which the staff addressed promptly. I also had a gentleman by the name of John, who was serving Continental breakfast and they were out of biscuits and this man went in the back and made me biscuits so I could have it with my gravy. Very friendly and professional made a big difference in my stay. What I did not like is in the room that I was in on the second floor. The room appeared clean, but there was a random smudge in the middle of my bathroom mirror, which seemed really out of place. I made comment to the front hotel staff who took care of it when I left the following morning for errands. My other complaint, was that my sink water would run brown. This scared me, the front desk told me that when it rains or storms heavy in the area that there is sediment at the bottom of the water tank. So I just let the water run a couple extra minutes until it stops being brown. My last complaint about La Quinta was that despite the housekeeping refreshing my room for the mirror incident they did not sweep or mop my floor. Do not go, barefoot in the hotels always have socks or slippers on in your room. Floors irritated the soles of my feet.

As other reviews stated, Shelly is awesome. She had everything ready. I used the pre-check-in option and I picked up my key and was in the room in under 7 minutes. The grout on the tub could use a replacement, but other than that it was an excellent overnight traveler stay. Convenience to a ChargePoint EV station just across the way in the Schnuck's parking lot was a primary reason for choosing the location.

Room was great except the room card took forever to work on the door and one bed , every time you moved the bed would squeak . The noise was very bad , had some fighting next door to me yelling and hitting the walls until 3 in the morning and the noise outside was loud right by the window. If you had a room up higher would be better .

Property was a good value for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was okay. Rooms and most of the public areas were clean. The elevator could have used a good cleaning. Some of the bedding should be replaced, particularly the comforters.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this was just not a great stay. There were blood stains on the bed sheets and tons of hair and balls of dirt on the floor. we stayed for 4 nights and never had house keeping come. Towels had hair in them, shower was run down, and breakfast was not great. Overall not a great stay. Really glad they were dog friendly but have stayed in nicer spots that were also dog friendly.

The property is extremely rundown. There was a smoky smell throughout the entire lower level of the hotel and the first room we checked into (#116) had an overwhelming body oder smell. All furniture was banged up and there were scuff marks on the walls. The staff was accommodating and moved us into a new room (#119). Unfortunately, this room was in the same condition and head holes on the comforter (presumed cigarette burns) and smelled of faint smoke. Conditions were so poor that we took the kids and left the facility and did not return. I went to notify the staff but there was no one at the front desk at 4pm.
