On arrival in Fez we organised a taxi driver to take us to our accommodation. He rang the property to ascertain the address. There was no indication form the property what was to come next. On arrival we were led inside. We were told the owner had asked to cancel their Expedia account a month earlier but it hadn't occurred. He said we had to find alternative accommodation and ask Expedia for a refund. After attempting to find alternative accommodation for about two hours, he then told us he had the same room we had booked available, but for more than double the price. We had to pay cash and he would not give us a receipt. We do need a refund from Expedia and this property needs to be removed from all accommodation websites. I dont believe we are the only clients they have attempted to scam.

Nous avions réservé pour trois personnes quelle fut notre surprise lorsque nous sommes arrivées vers les 22h30 et qu’il n’y avais aucune chambre pour nous... seule une chambre pour deux de disponible à condition de repayer et en plus un prix supérieur à la réservation. Nous n’avons pas céder et il ont donc cèdé la chambre à une personne qui passer par là et qui a accepter de payer cash la chambre.... nous avons donc dû dormir sur des bancs de carrelage sans couvertures dans le hall du riad... quelle fut notre surprise quand au milieu de la nuit un couple de personne est arrivé et c’est trouvés dans la même situation que nous. Nous leur avons donc fait une petite place sur nos banc... Seul point positif, l’homme présent a l’acceuil Du riad qui nous a accompagné à une heure tardive chercher des sandwiches et qui a réussi à nous trouver un autre riad le lendemain matin. Cependant passez votre chemin.... honteux !!

Bien pour la situation dans la Médina et personnel agréable. Chambre petite, pas très claire. Poire de douche en mauvais état. Pas de miroir ni de poubelle dans la salle de bain. Pièce rénovée récemment ? Traces de peinture et de plâtre sur le sol et les murs. Très sonore d’une pièce à l’autre.

Deberían aclarar que sin GPS es virtualmente imposible llegar al "hotel". Llegamos a la ciudad por la noche y nos guiaron unas personas que nos terminaron amenazando por dinero. Pagamos 3 camas y sólo nos dieron 2, la otra persona tuvo que dormir sobre una manta. El baño es un desastre. Lo único rescatable fue la persona que nos atendió y dentro de sus posibilidades intentó ayudarnos. NO recomendable.

A éviter
Ayant réservé le 21 février pour une arrivée au 30 mars, nous étions étonnés de constater qu'aucune réservation n a été enregistrée et pas de disponibilité. Le riad n'aurait aucun accord avec la centrale hotel.com ou expédia. Le pire,c'est que ces 2 centrales continuent à vendre des nuitées de ce riad qui n'honorera jamais. Il a fallu trouver par nous même une alternative car le service relogement a tardé à répondre.
