"The hotel is an absolute delight. We stayed in a wonderfully designed and decorated room. The amenities are top-notch, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is incredibly friendly. However, I felt the hotel was somewhat overused. The other buildings and clubs, like Soho House on the premises, share the same services as the hotel. "So I gave a 5 star on my first stay this time is a 4 because the front desk staff did not give us the room we originally reserved stating that because I was with my friend we could sleep together, when we payed for a two twin bedroom, and when it was time to leave he asked us if we paid for the hotel which was very rude to me because why would any hotel let anyone stay for two nights and not pay for it , Other than that this is a very good hotel great breakfast and close to everything, "

"They didn’t let us check in early after I explained to him I paid for 2 nights but leaving one day earlier due to my 7pm flight , so we left our bags at the front desk for a fee. When it was time to the check in at 2pm, the line was out the door and it took them forever to check people in. No other hotel during our trip had this long of a check in . Horrible. "I stayed at this property on a recommendation of my friend who stayed here before. I stayed 10 nights here. I found the property really clean. The refilled the snacks and drinks daily. Staffs were and humble. Although English wasn’t fluent, we communicated none the less.
