"Wir haben uns im Haus von Federico sehr wohl gefühlt und er war ein ausserordentlich aufmerksamer und schnell kommunizierender Gastgeber! Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Aussicht auf's Meer und auf Moneglia sind fantastisch! Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, waren mehr Ablagefläche, Haken und genügend Stühle. Wir waren 7 Personen und es gab draussen und drinnen nur je 4. "

The hosts are available and friendly and even though it is attached to another vacation house they have made it easy for all with separate parking and entrances so you feel like you are in a private place. You are in the hills of Zoagli (a great little town that has an amazing sea promenade), with gorgeous views, and every amenity you need, to include parking and air conditioning. The owners are very gracious and efficient. The amenities are cozy and comfortable. You are literally between Portofino and Cinque Terre, without being in a touristy area. "We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"
