"This was our first time staying in a Mercure. The location was ideal for us, close to the centre but not too busy and more reasonable price. The lounge and bar downstairs was lovely. Nice Christmas decorations too. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was great, very clean, everything we needed. ..."

"It’s a great place in a great location, I wish the parking restrictions were made clearer as we ended up paying an extra £50 to park in Sophia Gardens for 2 nights. I would definitely stay again I would just be sure to book the parking next time."
