"The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. ..."

"Rating should be 3.5 stars. 4 adult middle aged males stayed at this Ferndale apartment. We spent the weekend at the Detroit curling club and only slept here. So It meant our needs. When we arrived there was no power to the back bedrooms and 4 or 5 space heaters were spread around the apartment. ..."

Unless you like the "hood life" experience, stay somewhere else. Do go to the Motown Soul food place . The food was great!
