Very disappointing
The pictures don’t reflect the poussada at all. I was changed in over 3 rooms in my stay of 6 days. No wifi, no hot water. Nobody to talk to. The rooms are behind a tourist agency.

Título de pousada, mas é uma casa
Resolvi ir a Noronha uns 20 dias antes da viagem, e por ser um feriado a maioria das pousadas estavam lotadas. Como sempre faço reservas pelo Hotéis.com pesquisei e apesar não haver avaliação e informar que não tinha café da manhã, confiei no que tinha sido apresentado e fiz a reserva. Fui muito bem atendido pelo contato que lida quanto a reserva o Sr. Rubens e o funcionário Márcio que foi sempre muito gentil e atencioso. Como é comum na ilha ganhamos o transfer para a pousada e aí começou nossa saga. No dia que chegamos estava chovendo o transfer era um micro ônibus e nos deixou na entrada da rua que era uns 350mts da pousada, de uma ladeirada e cheia de pedras escorregadias. Um pessoa idosa ou com dificuldade de locomoção não chegaria. A pousada é uma casa com abertura nas laterais para se entrar nos quartos. A cozinha é tudo sujo, com gatos e chachorros por todas as partes. Os moradores do imóvel são mal educados, bebem o dia todo, respondem mal quando se solicita alguma coisa, como o chuveiro que não funcionava e ficou por assim até sairmos. Ao solicitar toalhas fomos informados que só trocavam a cada 3 dias, que era nosso período na ilha. E com a rua cheia de lama e pedras soltas era impossível estar limpas. Falta preparo dos donos em receber, ouviam som alto e tínhamos que pedir pra baixar pra poder dormir; bebem durante o dia, não resolvem as coisas simples como chuveiro, lençol, toalhas; conversam e gritam nas janelas e portas como se não houvessem hóspedes. Sofrido..
