"We were a group of 9- multi- generational with ages 8 to 70. This home was very family- friendly with lots of spaces to spread out, and a large dining table for gathering for meals. It is a bit of a hike to get there, including 60 steps, but quiet and in a lovely setting with a great view of the Jungfrau from the balcony and back terrace. "Fiesch is a great place to base yourself and the chalet is a good size and well equipped. I have just marked it down because it's a real slog to get up to the chalet. I wouldn't recommend if you are not reasonably fit unless you have a car. The place was pretty clean and any problems with the lock on the front door previously mentioned have been sorted. But there were a few issues that stopped it being 5*. The shower drain was blocked and quickly filled up. You have to put your own bedding on...

"Our first time in Crans Montana and we enjoyed it immensely. Everything was in tip top shape in the house. Beds are quite comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. It’s easy access to Crans with trails right outside the neighborhood. We loved our stay, thank you, Francoise"

"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"Die Bilder im Internet sind veraltet, denn ganz offensichtlich wurde die Wohnung modernisiert. Leider passen die zusammengewuerfelten und unmodernen Möbel gar nicht dazu. Die Küche ist in ihrer Einrichtung grenzwertig. Im Internet stand, dass es kein WLAN gibt, aber das gab es doch! Ansonsten war es schon OK, die Aussicht reißt es natürlich raus."
