Inside this second-floor condo, you'll have a well-equipped living room, a kitchen/dining area, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Snuggle up on one of the two sofas and relax in the living room and get ready for movie night–the flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player will be ideal! The fully-equipped kitchen will please the chef of the group with its appliances, cooking utensils, and essentials. There is a Keurig coffee maker and stand coffee pot in the pantry to start your day energized. The dining table seats up to six lucky guests.
Right off the kitchen is the screened-in balcony with three chairs and two small glass tables. From here, you'll have stunning views of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse - built in 1858 is the oldest lighthouse in the state of Delaware. Back inside, bedroom number one offers guests a flatscreen TV, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower. The other full bathroom has a shower/tub combo as well. And to add more convenience to your trip, you'll have access to a private, stackable washer/dryer located in the hallway.

Downtown Fenwick Island is a short two-and-a-half-mile drive offering endless dining options, shopping, mini-golf at Nick's Mini Golf, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, Fenwick Island Beach, and more! Make sure to visit the Fenwick Island Lighthouse where you'll have the chance to enter the base to view a small museum and gift shop. Bethany Beach is eight miles away and is totally worth the trip–there you’ll find a charming boardwalk filled with shops and restaurants.
