"I was asked to rate our stay 1-5....given a 3 only due to the view.... 1) The door lock/lack there of Unlocking and locking the door from the outside is extremely difficult, so much so that we gave up a few times and left with the door unlocked. It appeared that the door locking area has been broken and poorly repaired. 2) Master bed had no sheet, they did deliver a sheet for the bed but it took them 3 deliveries to get the correct size 3) Multiple housekeeping issues need to be addressed....

"Our family of 4 stayed at Club Ocean Villas II for a week in late July. We had a family emergency that required a last minute shift in itinerary, and the staff was so accommodating and also very compassionate. They worked around our circumstances while still ensuring we were well taken care of. We were in a second floor unit overlooking the canal, and it was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony each morning and watch the birds fish off the dock. "Took my daughter for her 5th birthday. The ocean access was about a 3min walk. Place was very clean and comfortable. I forgot to bring bath towels. So please remember to bring bath towels and wash rags! Other than that it was a beautiful place to rent. Owner was VERY helpful. Would definitely rent again!"

Complimentary wine and cocktail mixes. The presentation of amenities is so welcoming. The house is perfectly situated for lagoon, beach, biking, and family fun.
